For an old game this is a cracker. Storyline, voice acting, depth of characters. There are a lot of game producers who would do well to take a leaf from this game instead of turning out the same turgid c*ap every other month, and calling it No2,No3 etc. Creativity instead of a money grab goes a long way with us gamers.
I loved the Ravenhearst games on the pc, but this one won't even let me input a profile name. I was looking forward to playing it but I am very disappointed that I wasted my money on a game that doesn't even work.
Still no response from big fish about my refund and its been 7 working days now. This is rediculous as the game does not work at all! I'm so upset with how I have been ignored by such a big company yet when I had a similar issue with a small developer I got a refund in minutes of contact! Do not get this app on android unless you want dissapointment.
Game is good my only issue is being unable to sign in to my big fish account so i don't loose my progress if I need to uninstall and reinstall for any reason.
Enjoyed the game. It is really long and puzzles are very good. Absolutely worth it.
I was not able to finish the main game due to freezing it on the same point in the game.
Second time playing this game. Just as good as the first time! Awesome graphics and storyline. This is one of the best!
Can't finish the game because it freezes at the same spot over and over. Don't waste your money on this game until bugs are fixed.

What a great game. All of the Ravenhearst games are wonderful and this is no exception. I have enjoyed them all. Not only are there the HOS's but you get some great puzzles to go along which are a bit more difficult but loads of fun. I hope that this isn't the last of its kind. I sure would hate to see these games go. (Unless you have something new coming out soon.)
I wish it didn't feel like this is the end of the Ravenhearst series. This among the others in the series was a great game & certainly lived up to its potential. Worth the buy if you ask me but if you are new to this game, I would start from the 1st game to understand the background story. 👍👍
It didnt keep freezing with the shovel. I can see its a common problem among users. Is this what we paid for? An incomplete game that we cant finish. Edit: getting more and more annoyed that this still is not fixed. If you are not going to fix it shouldnt you refund for the people who have paid for a game they cant even play
The worst and most annoying thing about this game is having to endure the barrage of Big Fish Games ads every time you want to play (even after you've paid for the full version). There's a reason I won't download any other games from this developer. But I'm addicted to Mystery Case Files, so I put up with the endless advertising so I can play these games. Fans will know what to expect: this game has the same great puzzles and creepy story. I thought the earlier games had a better storyline. And it would be hard to follow what's happening without playing the other games first, so if you haven't played the others, so back to the beginning and play the games in order.
The game keeps glitching at the menu. I have tried turning off my phone then turning it back on. And the game still glitches. I am not sure if it's a bug on my phone because I have never had this problem until today when I downloaded this game. I played the demo version and didn't have this problem. But when I bought the full game it started glitching.
