MCL Cinemas - Ticketing

so desparate to display ad, even showing it in the payment page when the user is trying to input OTP from credit card...very poor user experience!

Keep loading everytime when you are buying ticket at the cinema. Wonder what tricks they've set at the app. Bad experience.

a bug in registration, no type box available after inputting your phone number, how can I use the app if I cant even register?

The membership is not recognized by the self service boots. There's no use for this app if I can't buy my own tickets

Terrible lag, tickets purchased dissapear until repeatedly refreshing. Suggest any user take screenshots of purchase with QR code.

Utterly rubbish! Keeps saying "downloading data" at every click from the moment I opened the app. Worst user experience ever!

Freshly installed from the play store but the app kept saying the app not up-to-date and not allow me to use

Does not remember your login. This makes the app extremely difficult to use. I shouldn't be fumbling with my wallet and my phone to log in just to use the QR ticket. Less convenient that having my teeth pulled out.

Extremely slow and unresponsive, problem with server or not-too-clever app developer? Cannot check purchase record within app and have to open up web site to view purchase details. All other cinema ticketing app ask me for my email address and confirm purchase via email. This one warns you about its web site not being safe. Also asks you to go to ticket counter and quote reference number to get ticket. Guess need to queue up and no card-swiping machine for ticket auto-fetch. Ridiculous for this day and age!

It never works. Cannot make a booking and crashes every time I try to use it.

Permissions, or being cracked??

Show full screen advertisement while in background. Haven't seen such annoying app before. Just like what mainland software do:O

This is absolutely unacceptable. I'm a programmer and I know a bit of Android programming. Your app has a background process or schedule popping up ads EVERYWHERE (over other apps) even after I've closed it. And if I revoke all of its permissions, it won't show me my e-ticket! I'll uninstall this piece of junk after I redeem my ticket. No thanks!

Unbelievable, rubbish apps, you can offer credit card discount online or at cinema but can't with this apps !

No point of accessing cell phone's bluetooth
