McLaren CONNECT

Nothing works. Its a very poorly designed app. If i could i would rate it a ZERO! I registered myself with the correct info it couldnt find my info. Plus i got several error messages and lots of other bugs. i will be uninstalling.

Does not work with existing credentials

Just doesn't work. I can login on the website but not the app. Website isn't great was hoping the app would be better but I can't login to see.

"Sorry but your eligibility could not be validated with the information that you entered" this app does not work I followed it the instructions exactly as my information was stated on my ID card even putting my name in caps is it showing on my card.. it's waste of time ! Fix-It people.

Lots of flaws with this app. You need to meet up with the app creators at henryford hospital(mychart). Never had a problem with their app. I could renew prescriptions, send text messages to my doctor If I have any questions or concerns. He replied within 24hrs of me texting him. No complaints at all for henryford. Please meet up with henryford app creators for tips.

I can't register. It says eligibility invalid. There are words on top of words in selecting the plan I have.

Wouldn't accept my credentials. Been with McLaren for many years. Entered everything correctly and double checked three times. Junk.

This app sucks. incompetence 101! I cant do anything on this app

Wouldn't even register.

Followed the registration instructions to the "T" but kept getting and " invalid information" error. It definitely needs some work. That being said, it would be nice to have this app.
