Easy, mostly good. Very easy to use app, which makes it really easy to blow through money with easy navigation and filters. Standard shipping is usually three? days for me which is nice. I'm really annoyed at how the app will show me saved separate billing and shipping addresses and different cards with different billing addresses in the app, and then roll shipping/billing together and screw the order up by preventing proper billing.

Really like the app layout and user friendly controls. My problem is it won't let me make an account. It just endlessly buffers. My settings should be ok because I made accounts on my other apps. Too bad. Would have been a 5 star app if I was able to actually make purchases thru it. Will just use their website until this matter gets repaired.

By far the easiest and most user friendly catalog i have ever used. Works great. Saves all recently ordered items. Logining is always easy. Search bar is a major time saver.

Good app for quick ordering and checking order history, but the navigation is terrible. Many times you get stuck on search pages with no way out or back to home.. This needs to be addressed.

McMaster-Carr is a great company and always has what I'm looking for. Also, great job to the app development team for making the experience on the phone simple and easy to understand! My favorite feature is the ability to move forward and back by swiping left and right. Makes browsing infinitely easier!

The app used to work great for me. With the last few updates, I can no longer search properly. As you drill down, when you click links, you just get taken to the exact page you were on. I hope this gets fixed, as ordering parts standing in front of the equipment is awesome.

The app is really great! I like the addition of spec fields in the top for easy deselection if I accidentally click on a spec I didn't mean to. It's been really useful to be able to browse and buy parts on the go rather than having to be at a computer to do so. Great job to the app team! If you've ever used competitor apps you'll know what I mean when I say this app is worlds above theirs!

I'd rather have my little yellow book. It's more legible and I can go back and forth between a group of pages with a few paper clips. Navigation on this site is slower and only works between two pages. For detail information the book is easier (for me). That's why this site is just"OK". Can I order a book to use to collate my order, then use the site to adjust pricing and place my order? Or has the cost of printing forced my favorite source book out of publication?

App is very confusing to navigate and "hangs" often. If it worked well, it would be an improvement over using the website on mobile devices, but when I can't even get back to my current order... uninstalled. 😞

5 star products , 5 star customer service , wide selection , only downside some prices may be on high side but youre paying for quality , want cheapest try harbor freight, want to build and create things to last a long time then this is a good place to start 1st its where i have for years now. If some people have trouble navigateing this app try the real web page i find its easier but i still use app the most cause ideas happen everywhere this helps me plan my inventions better on the spot

Very Painful to use. I have used their site daily to order for about 20 years. This app requires way too many key commands to select an item. Also no clear way to log into your account. Go to their website via any search engine to browse and order. This app was obviously not developed by the same people that designed the original website. I am deleting the app.

I don't leave many reviews, but I downloaded it today signed in with my account, and orders the part I needed. Perfect transaction, if there were any faults in the past it looks as they were resolved. Thanks for your time, I use McMaster Alot, and it just works 👍

App is really nice, they really did a fantastic job in the design and user experience. My only complaint is the slow response times when clicking on items or loading searches.

This app is the biz! Easiest, most precise way to order any part, anywhere on the internet. Shipping is fast like dragracers are fast. And they send a helpful text alerts regarding shipping. Most recommend.

Can't do multi-selection searches, not as useful as the website, can't even use the default swiping on my keyboard for some reason. I would give a few more stars, but the website relentlessly points me to the app. NO THANKS.

Only works sometimes. When it works, it's great. But most of the time it just stalls, and sits with a spinning wheel forever. October 2020 update: It's actually worse. Reducing rating.

Worst app for browsing selection. Looking for a soldering station and app is very difficult to navigate with way too much information on the screen. I'll use the website thanks.

Downloaded app and tried to use, but it won't run. Spinning circle of death for 15 minutes. Reinstalled twice and same issue. They're not making it easy to spend my money there.

A great company. Could stand to update your shipping practices and fees and you could end up being a lot more popular. Maybe you should also introduce a easier, simpler interface for those who don't enjoy digging through spec sheets?

Amazing! You can go through the steps to find the right product and even let's you download a 2d or 3d cad drawing of nuts and bolts with dimensions of said product. Great app!

After pressing "More", which I assume has the Login option, get spinner forever. Will just use in the web browser like on PC. Update: You must go to "Cart" to login first. After that, the "More" menu comes up as it should.

Nice app that works well, but can't paste things into the search bar from your clipboard.

In short I have spent 2 wks trying to get into my account with this app and there a more bugs in it than anything. After getting in and starting place my order the screen went fuzzy and there was nothing I could do. I think I will stick with the desktop siten

Great but needs constant data connection to work. If I have data then I can just use the website (which is easier to navigate).

Downloaded the app Wednesday and it worked great, Thursday it didn't work at all, just a black screen. Still today it doesn't work.

this all is so much easier than using the site on mobile. i keep scrolling on pages and finding neat features (on your current order, scrolling up and down go through all your past orders)

If there's a way to select multiple choices for a field, or to display all the parts matching your current selections, the app certainly doesn't make it obvious.
