Until the last few days ive been able to use this app regularly without a problem. Now it wont even open up when i click on it to use it
This app is garbage!! I have never had a more problematic app as this one. I dislike the app. U can never log in wout having a problem. Error, Error is all it says. Now its blank after you log in, it shows nothing just a blank screen. Wth is going on with this???? You need to fix your problems!!!! I would love to take my banking somewhere else.
Never had any issues with this app until recently. Now, I can't get it to open. 😔
Half the time you can't even login cause it says that they're "unable to verify" your information. Then you try and reset your password and it doesn't send you a password reset email. Broken app and it needs to be fixed.
This app is a POS. I would love to be able to log in one day and not get an error message. It is the worst app I've ever dealt with. Revising my review on 1/25/21. Still the crappiest app ever..till her error messages every day.
Works great esay to understand and navigate
Not a review of the app, which works great for the most part(4 stars), but my local branch ladies deserve 10 stars! Those gals can do more to help than any app could ever do! Thank you MCNB for having such caring and wonderful people.
Great app! Transfer with internal as well as external accounts
When I try to log in it says app has stopped sorry I love the app it's just not working

Very DISAPPOINTED. My father a 3 war Veteran on hospice. I'm P.O.A. We have no access to Account only drive thru no online, no atm. We had no way to detect fraudulent charges. No way to know... Has made things quite hard. They intend to. It's sad. To have to leave an ill homebound man doing business with the bank for 80 years home alone to access.No.How could you hope for better? Financial institutions should be more considerate of their long time patrons, Not kick when down. Very unfair

Only reason it's not a 5 star; Put a running total in the transaction menu. Running total in green, red for pos transaction, blue for deposit.
Seems like it's constantly going down or having some sort of error
My account, loan is all in one place.. I can even pay my loan payment online. Thanks!
I love the app have it on my phone and tablet save a lot of time calling into bank or finding a compurt to check it
Just okay, the app would be great if it showed all of my accounts. I have several but only two is showing up which isn't cool and I really can't use the app if all of them is not there...
Had issues with the app and within hours someone reach out to me, letting me know they are working on the issue. I was surprised that they cared enough to contact me.
