NOT GOOD. How on earth do we need to go back to the bank to have the App reactivated. First of all who has that time to queue and wait for that inefficient customer service. Those trips to the bank aren't pleasant. Please make things simple by having a two option verification as part of the security check. Kindly come up with something better. Most apps can be downloaded and accessed regardless of whether you are switching phones. You can do better. We look forward for a better service.

Horrible , horrible user experience. Never have I even once logged into the app and it went through. Every single day it's the same story, ' the app is under maintenance' really? Maybe pull it down if it's so much work to keep it running. Other banks have their apps running exceptionally well. I wouldn't recommend anyone to download it. Total disappointment.

Honestly I'm pissed that I have to use the ussd code and I have the app. I have received a connection error several times in the past week. It almost embarrassed me when I needed it most. Always thought it was a problem with the phone until I came to read reviews here. You need to fix your connection issue, otherwise this app is totally unreliable. I would also appreciate a notification when the app experiences down time.

It's a very disappointing app. It gives me a network error all the time. I un installed and reinstalled and now i can't even log in. It can be frustrating especially if you are relying on it to withdraw money from the ATM. You can do better Cooperative!!!! Surely did you not consider that it is important to notify users that you are doing an upgrade of your app to enable proper planning on our side. Such a disappointing reply from you.

A rather poorly designed app with what seems to be syncing problems. Keeps asking to register and yet I already have. Allowed it to access my messages to read the OTP. Doesn't work. I honestly have to wonder, if the same issue has been reported multiple times by several users, what else about this app is as poorly managed. Security? Not worth the risk.

I think you guys should develop a whole new app. One that shows recent transactions and account balance at a glance. This one is not very helpful since even getting a mini statement or alerts there is a charge. Also pressing back prompts you to exit the app. Borrow some ideas from the equity app it's very easy to use.

Very unreliable app! Delays in sending the OTP, times you out unnecessarily, charges for almost everything (unlike other local banking apps), unavailable when you really need it - it works when it wants, and requires very strong internet connectivity to work. I'd have given a zero star of that option were available! Totally pissed with it.

App is not working even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Only solution being offered is to go to the bank which doesn't make sense to me. You waste time to go queue just to have an app activated (something that takes less than a minute). Most times the ussd option has been having connection error due to system maintenance.

The idea of a mobile app is good but what's the use if it takes ages to process a transaction. One can attempt to transact but the authentication code does not immediately auto fill hence a long hold up causing a very bad inconvenience. Time and again you send messages of app maintenance now, what exactly is being maintained if we still have to deal with such annoyance. If this doesn't work for you, Perhaps give us alternative options for online banking. Thanks!

Kindly consider improving your app. I try login severa times and it keeps returning a message saying "unable to login". Then after several attempts, it allows me to login. But again it signs me out almost immediately. I can't finish a transaction

Literally the worst banking app in the world. Interface from the 90s, functionality from the 70s. It's better to have no app or even an account with Co-op if they can't even build a fully functional app. It's my worst experience on an app EVER!

terrible useless app time consuming and very frustrating I have tried activating this app and I can't get past putting my phone number, I have to do it over and over again and still nothing 🙄.It is hectic and time consuming and useless. Very frustrating they can't even help you in the bank they just ask you to delete and reinstall. What is that? Save your data and time please.

For the love of God Cooperative Bank, we're in 2021, not in the '80s when the internet was discovered. This app only works when it feels like. And in most cases, it fails when you need it badly. Note: Don't even try to use it to pay your bills at the mall. The app logs me out anytime I try to withdraw money. The OTP takes forever to submit, and once you key it in, the app logs you out - and you're back to square one. Find a developer to fix these small issues: They really matter.

1). The aspect of always going to the bank for reactivation makes it not meet its purpose, just do away with that aspect same as other bank mobile apps which verifies u where you are, 2). User interface is not the best why get an sms for your balances instead of just having a screen display on the app, thats enough 3). Improve on its general layout and make it appealing to see and use..thanks

It is a disappointing app. It has numerous delays with the OTP. Furthermore, it keeps telling me to dial *667# to activate the app. Once I follow the instructions, nothing changes. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Edit: After months of being under maintenance, the app is back. Not much has changed.

Mcoop cash is a good platform that is poorly run and maintained. Lots of glitches and has a poor user interface. Too many and lengthy maintenance intervals. Install a back function option which is currently not present. App needs to be withdrawn and redesigned with customer focus in mind. Stop running an app that does not work most of the time. Embarrassing for a huge bank like coop.

Can't you guys upgrade this app to be like eazzy banking and equty mobile where all your bank transaction re visible once you login. Pleaae also check on the majority transactipn links like agent withdrawals and other mcoop transactions are always dropped not going through. Its real frastrating send money to mobile money before you can withdraw it. You can do better.

Edit, Dec2021 The worst app!!! You have money in your account but you can't access it at your time of need. App and ussd *667# totally refuses to work. Literally had to call someone else to bail me out because I couldn't access my funds. Arghhh!!! Been trying to log into this app for more than a week now!! Been unsuccessful every single time. I'm unable to access my funds. This app is just terrible!! It's not reliable at all!! Woe unto you if you're in an emergency. Arghhh!!

It has Abit of issues every time you wanna make a transaction,you really need to work on in,most of the time it's slow,you have to attempt a number of transactions before it finally goes through,please include processes like playbill buy goods etc

Totally useless You can not transact anything on this app. Registering to use the app is an uphill task especially with the bank staff who also don't know how to on-board/register customers. Login in is a challenge. Has a login failure rate of about 90% And once you are logged in, there's no transaction you will be able to complete because the app no longer works. Such a big disappointment!

After months of being on "maintenance" for improved user experience, nothing has changed! Still the same same old interface with no new features as they have described! Its just a matter of weeks before its placed on "maintenance" mode again. Not a reliable app at all!

It's a good step , but the charges are too high compared to other banks. I don't understand why and how sending 500/= is charged more than sending 1000/= . It should be the other way round. Also about loans, other mobile banking apps process their loans instant, but with this one , the borrow loan option is just there for formality, you still have to wait to be contacted which never happens or you go to your branch to have a loan processed.

The app is under constant management and maintamance. I cant seem to make a transaction from the bank to mpesa yet the otp is submitted just says unable to log in. It is very frustrating especially if it is an urgent matter on an area with no atm machines. When the app is not working even the MMI code provided for personal banking crashes and states no balance in account even when there is. This should be looked upon because the app is essential

I was initially holding my reactions but today, I reached a breaking point. I had an urgent transaction to perform and it failed me miserably, and persistently. Out of the tens on times I have used this app, it has only worked twice. Basically, it is largely under maintenance than it is operational...

Totally useless, Okay, not totally useless as I was able to use it as an example of a Totally useless app in class! The design team is great btw, five stars to them, but the Developer and QA teams need to be jailed! This is beyond atrocious. The app can't register, can't login, yet it's a whopping 37MB!! 😁😁😁. I wish there was negative rating

I uninstalled the App thinking it was an error on my end about the maintenance response I keep getting, only to come here and see everyone is going through this. It is disappointing that there was no prior communication from the bank before the process began notifying us of the scheduled maintenance service and also importantly, how long it would take.

Of all other Kenyan bank apps i have used, this must really be the most terrible one. Under featured, unfriendly UI, supper buggy (especially in the recent updates), OTP taking centuries to relay messages. Team just need to go back to the drawing board and do a new well designed app , then ..only then can you call it "mobile banking" .
