This app repeatedly crashes when I attempt to login. Also, multiple logins required for bil pay, check deposit etc. Not very user friendly. Overall, MCT needs to update their online banking, it's mediocre at best and very out of date. I may switch banks because of it.
Worked fine on my galaxy note 8, but doesn't work on my Note 9. Doesn't show my accounts at all. Now it won't even open. Just says app crashed every time I try to open it.
Can't login at all. When I open the app it's a white screen and says News at the top. Never allows you to log in. This just started yesterday (10/17/19).
If anyone still using this app and having problems. There's a new app that's more updated and looks cleaner called "MCTCU". It looks more professional.
Crashes as soon as I open the app on my Samsung Galaxy S10. Looks like a lot of others are having the same problem. Do you guys read this stuff?

Everywhere I see this app mentioned it's advertised as having remote deposit. I can't find it.
Don't have a mortgage, don't do credit, don't worry about budget, but they do pay good intrist on checking account

No issues with Mobile Deposit on the latest version.
This app is OK, but the remote deposit function does not work. I've tried it on my Galaxy S5 and it crashes every time I try it. I've tried it on my old Galaxy S3 and same thing. I then figured that perhaps an app I had installed on both was causing the issue, so I formatted the Galaxy S3 back to factory defaults and installed only this app. Still crashes when I try to do remote deposit. The function simply does not work (though if you talk to customer service they'll tell you no one's had any problems with it). Pretty glaring problem since I'll have to switch credit unions now.
Can't mobile deposit. Every time I try to deposit a check the app crashes
App has too many bugs. Now when I open the app. It just shows a blank white screen with news at the top. Does not allow me to navigate or change the page. Unable to log in or use any function of the app. Needs a update soon!
