Works most of the time, but often hangs in the loading screen until you hit back and refresh multiple times. It has nothing to do with connection (used speed test and had no issues). Otherwise it's a an easy-to-use app.

Most of the last few years the app has worked mostly ok but it's gotten worse with time, especially in September 2021. Route lookup no longer works at all, certain still-active bus stop numbers continue to be listed as out of service, and the biggest long term problem of all continues: busses that are listed as 'approaching" but then either come 10 minutes late or never come at all. PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!

Doesn't cover half of most routes. Some routes are missing over 50 blocks of stops and times

I really like the update as this app now allows you to see bus progress at stops before arrival at your stop...by clicking on the little "i" next to bus number. This update also allows viewing of entire bus number...all four digits. Keep up the good work!

I dont know what is happening with the app now but everytime i open the app it quits on me and i can not check to see what time a bus is coming. The app seriously needs to be updated. There are routes on the app that have been retired that are still showing up like routes 6,17,23,27,30x,42u,50,61,64,67,85,87,88,89,219,223 and the 276. Please update the app there people like me that use it every day and it is confusing when a retired route is still listed.

I would give 5 stars, but the tracker needs to be updated to include the new routes already in service as well as the ones going into service on June 6th. Other than this, I've been using this app for several years and honestly prefer it over the mcts app because it's much more user friendly than the "official" app.

App needs to be updated!!! Especially when the Bus routes are about to go through a major change in 2021. Basic bus route & times given is accurate. Map routings are way out of date. App is by Skut Farkus Studios

Can't look up routes just gives language options and new route 18 isn't listed. Otherwise I never had a problem before. Also I think the favorite option only will save one listing.

Your drivers on t he 76 and 33 are actually amazing if we could double the 33 that would be something I would print in the Shepherd Express. . So let you go.

Hasn't been updated in 3 years. Still show old routes that's no longer active and new routes hasn't been added. Just gonna delete this app since it no longer useful and just taking space on my phone.

It was working perfectly fine..Then two days ago would literally shut off as soon as I entered a bus stop number. Just yesterday I had to uninstall and redownload to get it to work . Then it does it all over again. Fix this app seriously 😒

Can you update APP so it shows the "real" time!! Or do buses just really not care🙃

Schedules are very inaccurate will show 2 minutes to arrival for example, for 10 minutes. Not sure if it's the app or the drivers manipulating the system.

i love the app normally but for some reason its been acting funny. today nearby stops wasnt showing any southbound bus stops. also stop 2544 said invalid stop number. thats the 15, 30 and 30x juneue and van bueren stop. please update or fix. thanks for the app though.

Very accurate, buses come on time. Never fails me. And I use the public transportation daily. I like how it lets you save your favorite or most used bus stops so ya know when the correct times are

Relatively accurate. Since MCTS started this app busses may be late, but, very rarely early. Be aware if a bus is more than 10 minutes late, if drops off the app.

Lily is a big help when I'm trying to get to my destination. And I enjoyed not having to leave the house real early and standing in the group. Or with the sun beaming on me. I've tried to use other but I prefer this one I love it easy to read

With all the routes that have been changed, new route numbers and new drivers who No longer know where, or when connections exist, and untimely bus racks that contain Route schedules that are randomly stocked, or No schedules! At All!

It worked fine a few weeks ago, but recently it consistently will not load the Green Line directions. Even after I uninstalled and reinstalled it.

please update the app to reflect 01/06/19 changes. where the obsolete 61 is replaced by expanded 57 north of the old 57 route, gps does not work as it is not mapped out to reflect the new route

Despite MCTS rearranging and adding/ deleting routes this app still gets 5 stars from me.Maybe the developers of this app could design a new app to replace this one. But it is still a great app...thanx!

For some reason you can't access the bus route. It only has English and Spanish option and select rout but don't go to nothing.what happened?

I don't know what you guys did to the app but when I try to select a route number, the only options I get are English and Español?!! Fix now!!!

Been using this app for five years! It's reliable, accurate, and so good I've taken the time to write a review...wow!
