MCU Mobile Banking

Will no longer recognize fingerprint after upgrade. Fingerprint unlocks phone without issue. Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. When fingerprint is scanned in settings, just slides indicator button back to off, does not even give an error message that it is unrecognized. Like the app, but with dozens of passwords to remember having the ability to scan my fingerprint was very helpful. Do not use the app as much now that this feature isn't working. Samsung Galaxy S7.

Since the new update won't let me log in keeps saying new update available. Have unistalled and reinstalled 3 times this is an issue.

Used to love this app but after the update it no longer recognizes my fingerprint. My phone and several other apps uses my print easily but this one no longer will open and I have to enter in the password. With so passwords to remember for other areas in life, it is nice when apps work and I don't have to remember yet another one.

New update to app broken. Updated app, had to login using password instead of biometrics. Kept saying invalid credentials. Had password written down. Logged on PC and changed password, wrote it down, tried new password on phone, still says invalid login, even though I can do it on PC. Unprofessional with obvious lack of troubleshooting before going live. UPDATE: Working finally.

I can't get it to download. It told me I needed to update but then I got the eternally circling thing. So I uninstalled it and I'm trying to reinstall it but it won't start all over and is still circling.

I am currently trying to update the app but it keeps taking me back and telling me that it has to be updated be updated I can't get in to use it

Worked great until android update. Error message covers up the warning that it doesn't work with Samsung anymore. Took several attempts to realize it wasn't just me.

Has to be an easier way to enter your birthday. I scrolled back MANY YEARS for it to not accept it the first two tried. Please fix so I can set up on an android. Very bad

Last update broke it on Galaxy S4. Yeah I know it's an old phone but it worked perfectly with the previous version.

Have had the mobile app from when it first became available & loved it! Android updated 2/2/19....now it won't work. Please fix app!

Always works and easy to use

Bugged app used to work fine had to reinstall and had to resignup wont let you use your old just absolute garbage now if both my vehicles werent financed here I would already shut my accounts down

With the new update it won't let me login. It keeps saying my password is invalid.

MCU App will no longer work after the most recent Samsung update. Fix it please....

Won't let me log in. App is junk now. Says invalid sign in after I spent 6 months of time trying to get it right. And giving birth date is plain stupid.

I keep entering what is called for and denied entrance to accounts. I've used 2 PIN and still rejected.

This app works fine on my android but when I try to transfer funds from one account to another on my pc I can't. Why not?
