This technology, based on a proprietary software designed and developed to improve operation of our products, allows you to connect the stove to your smartphone so that the product can be controlled through the Internet.
Your product can be completely controlled with this app, whether you are sitting comfortably on your settee or on the go (if covered by a data network).
Thanks to this app, it will be easy to perform simple operations like controlling your house temperature and/or stove power or checking the operating status of the product and programming when to switch it on and off via the internal thermostat.

Poorly designed, keeps freezing. Bug in the configuration when oven cannot connect to remote WiFi. There is no chance to delete or change WiFi settings. The oven constantly tries to connect without success. This is causing the app to freeze on the device list with no chance to close the window. The x button that supposed to get out does not work. Couldn't find any way to to reset the oven to get out of the endless loop resulting that i had to call the service to come on-site to fix it
It's so annoying there is hardly a word for it. Once it's loosing the wifi connection, no way to get it to work again, the app is repeatedly showing that it has no connection and won't allow you to fix it. Even new app reinstall won't work 🙄😕🤯🤢
Very bad application. The wifi connection is lost ! The option to even set it in the splash menu is gone. I have only option to work with remote connection by actually connecting my phone to the stove network. This is so annoying. Please fiz this !
This application was written with feet. I don't know how I finally managed to make it work remotely. However, I always got an error message when I connected (remote) but it worked anyway. Since today's update, it doesn't work anymore. I rarely (never actually) used such a buggy application. Remote control was one of my biggest expectations when I bought the stove. I am very disappointed.
Chances are, if you're reading this,you already bought a MCZ Stove and you're interested if the bad software experience is shared by other users. Well the fact that since the update in late 2020, not a single non-1-star review has been posted should be self-explaining. It is a really bad, not innovative, irritating app. It constantly tells you that the connection failed whenever you unlock your phone. The Stove canot be used properly without this app So please employ a proper App Designer.
This app is terrible. There's not a single time that it successfully connects remotely. Completely erratic behaviour over the controls and poor customization overall. Who wrote the code, I'm asking...
awful... it's a joke right? i bought the stove and paid a considerable amount of money... beautiful... functional... was expecting the same for the remote control but this app is a joke... i can't even list all the things that don't work... buttons, functions... extremely difficult to set... like a da vinci s code.. JC! everyday is a new disappointment with this app... and everyday i have to hope for it to work if not properly at least decently enough so i will be able to warm my house...
I could connect the stove using direct wifi connection but couldn't connect the stove to the home wifi network. App is not intuitive, doesn't work properly, and it's the only way to control the stove. I wouldn't recommend MCZ stoves until this app is fixed.
Garbage. This app was written by monkeys. The remote function is erratic, when it won't connect, the message loops continuously and the x button does not work.
Not working well Sometimes it does, sometimes nope, we called the installer several times but they were not really helpful... Nobody can really fix it
Ever since the update app no longer functions! Correct this guys!!! Update dec 7th 2020...now app tells me the stove is not connected, doesn't show the wifi home and i can only manually turn it on and off! No way to have this corrected????
Very poor connectivity. The app is confusing to navigate. Needs some serious upgrade. I am sorry I invested in it.

Rubbish app. I've lost all control of my stove
After INVESTING an mcz pellet stove, the app is SO BAD that i could consider changing the whole stove for another brand... litteraly... the app is poorly designed, the connexion is erratic and most of the time doesn't work as expected. Or if it works, it interferes with the house wifi. Information on the app is unclear to the point you wonder if you are using the stove efficiently, when it encounters a problem, there is no clue what to do to solve it. Just TERRIBLE
