App depends on MyChart that is now broken. MyChart sends a message that an update is needed, but there is no path to update. Uninstalling MyChart and reinstalling does not fix the problem. Now cannot access messages or appointments on this app.
States I need to update yet unable to update due to no option given. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR PATIENTS THAT PAY YOU MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FOR TREATMENT! ONE DOSE OF CHEMO COST OVER $10,000 AND I'VE BEEN TAKING CHEMO SINCE 2013 THERE! Not having this makes checking my appointment times and dates harder.
I am at two different hospital that use the same app portal. I can only see one. How do I view the other clinics information?

Well for starters nothing was wrong with the app the way it was. I use to love it! Its difficult to to log in theyve added extra things that doesn't make since especially if youre up in age! Prime example of if its not broken dont try and fix it!!
Hate the changes. Now I have to go to another app to see my appointments. BRING BACK THE OLD APP!!
I'm IN NJ shows wrong info not enough lnfo or No Information driving me ragged and confusing ,not impressed thought it would be great but not sadly
Bring back the old app! This is horrible.
It was OK . But why the screen shot is disabled? . Now the application is inoperative and replaced by my chart. Which I couldn't install as shown not available in my country, though I am currently in USA. AS an overseas patient

In the 6 months I've used the app it's never worked properly. It will not save my username. It Turns off the remember me switch and deletes my username. The fingerprint logon option never operates properly.
Lets me keep up to date with my appointments. Lets me share info with non MDA physians
It would be really awesome if you could get notifications on your phone with new appointments. Sometimes they put appts in and you never know until you log in.
It is a useful and it helps keep up with appointments
New update has rendered the app totally useless. Now is says My chart. None of my old log in passwords or mrn number work. Why was it changed at all!?!
I can't believe that this app isn't using notifications. We the schedule an appointment or send you a message a notification would be nice.
I truly prefer the last app.. I cannot even add to my calendar nor can I screenshot what were they thinking when they redesigned this app? I'm deleting this app
The new records system required an app update, and it took away much of the functionality of the old app. If you need info on visits or clinic notes, you can no longer use the app for them; the full computer version is required.
Keeps crashing, especially if you try to call a phone number from the app. Test results are hard to read, appointments and messages hard to decipher, etc. Just all around useless.
They took away Screenshots :( I can't easily send my schedule to my S.O or save it for easy viewing when my internet is down and im at the hospital.
Force closing and can't see appointments. Closes when trying to utilize the phone button for doctors office. Please help! Thanks!
For Patients Only. Very handy when away from home computers.
It keeps me on the up and up with my appointments . Love it
Hit-and-miss sometimes when I log onto the app my password works fine sometimes I try to log onto the app the password does not work. You would think as important as this app might be for application it would be a little more reliable!
