10.1.15 - Still waiting on the updates... has this app been abandoned? Its a great resource when its current. Wheres the 2015 updates, they went into effect already.
The app is functional and helpful, but I'm forced to give this only 2 stars because the protocols themselves are nearly 6 months out of date. The Maryland Protocols are updated each year and are effective 7/1 of each year. I e-mailed the company back in July. They said that they had just found out about the update and were working on uploading the new protocols. I e-mailed them again a month or so again, and they said that they were still working on it. I have the paid version of the app (which is supposed to be updated regularly). I'd rate it 4 or 5 stars if they authors would keep the protocol up to date.
Too bad this app isn't getting the attention it needs. Has potential, but obviously the developer doesn't care since these protocols are now 2 years old. May as well uninstall.
Great app when it works, the problem I am encountering is for some reason it uninstalls from my phone... Dont know if it is an app issue or phone issue, never had an app do it before
Unfortunately the protocols are outdated by a year making this app completely worthless for the active provider.
Paid money for this app no updates to current protocols. Have emailed numerous times with no reply
It really bothers me that this doesn't get updated I have a bunch of providers including myself that would be willing to pay again to have this updated perhaps someone should create another one/
It was great when it was current. We are almost 6 months into the new protocols, and still no updates. Disappointing!
3 days away from 6 months since the protocols were updated in MD, and I'm still waiting for an updated version from them. Will be deleting app today and no longer recommending it to my EMT and Paramedic students. BCFD MEDIC
It's July 1st and the 2016 update takes effect and this app is still using 2014! I have emailed the company before and been told the 2015 update was coming (still hasn't) going to be un-installed if not updated by next week
I love this app except. No protocol updates. I notified them months ago about the update and nothing. I rarely pay for an app and am very disappointed that I paid for this one.
The fact that we're into December and still haven't received the July 1st 2015 updates gets a low score! Don't waste your money!!!

Ha, it says "What's New" and lists "Updated" Protocols effective when?...July 1st, 2014. That was 3 years ago! This app used to be a great. Not updated anymore.
Where are the 2015 Protocols. It is almost the end of September and no updates as of yet.
This was great until July 1, 2015. It's now 11/2015 and still NO 2015 UPDATE!!!!
Three years without updates!?! No response from app designer. Save your money! Uninstalling.

Protocols are coming back around Every July 1 and still don't see the new protocol updates in here. Practicing medicine must be kept up with protocols

Just sent the link for the 2014 protocols. Would also like to see the splash screen when the app is opened decreased or removed as it takes too long to open...
Overall I really like having the protocols in an app but I wish they had the number and letter codes from the book so you could easily find and cross reference protocols. Fix this and I'll rate it higher.
Good app...but is there a 2014 update?
Almost perfect. Easy to use. Readily available. I suggest that the splash screen be removed. It takes about five seconds to load and if you need to look up some thing quickly, this is a delay that is not needed. Make this change and it will get five stars.
