It's great, works really nicely, it has all the medical scoring algorithms you would need, perfect thing to have as an app. Beware the US units which are default - they can be changed to European units easily, but you need to remember to press the convert button.
Amazing app. I have a suggestion, add a way to group scores that i have favorited together into sections, for example when i need to lookup an oncological score (that i forgot the name of) i can find it quickly in the oncology tab/Folder that i created earlier. Thanks.
Useful app, but does not have the same content as their website. Missing quite a few calculators/algorithms. Edit: the updated version has all the same content now. Very well done. Excellent development team. Keep up the great work.
It'd be better if I didn't have to select a given specialty to see a specific calculator. You should give us the option to select "All" under the menu "Specialty", so that all calculators are shown regardless of any specialty. Thank you.
Such a wonderful app. Had made it so much easier in revising scores. Has also been a great help in patient management. Keep up the good work and keep changing the scores as newer guidelines come
Has pretty much everything I need. Only thing is sometimes there's more than one calculator for a score and it's not clear which one to use. Example is Well's criteria for DVT / PE.
Great app! Super useful that I use all the time. Would be great if there is an option for the Favourite lists to be synced across devices when using the same account!

phenomenal app. reason its got 3 stars right now is the nagging and mandatory sign in after a week. for an app designed to be used point if care, having a nag screen/login wall is unacceptable when you may need it now. just let people use it wo account. i created one because i like saving calcs .etc.
Great app! Easy to use, explains scores! Many good features, though I only use a few. Has a handy "save" list to make sure I can fast access my regular go-to's. My only request would be to see CTAS Triage scores added.
Can't log in after update. Stuck on 'submitting' EDIT- Who knew that my favourite app was also the favourite of so many other clinicians! Developer got back within hours to say database overwhelmed with new release and extra capacity added. I use this app on ambulance everyday at the moment. It helps me make decisions with my patients. Vital. Thanks guys.
Brilliant. Regularly updated. Accurate description of tools including their limitations. User friendly UI. Uses metrics and SI units. Highly recommended for trainees and practitioners of medicine. Its great during rounds and case prepration but since the last update its not working i have uninstall and then install it again several times but it simply won't work it's frustrating kindly fix it whatever it is !
Is this App meant only for Medical Practitioners of US of A? Because signing up requires details of your Medical education details which only people from US of A can fill it up. Either you have to give false details just to register or you can't sign up. Basically people from the rest of the world cannot access. Please do let me know when you have become inclusive. I find it very useful for guiding my investigation-based decisions as an Emergency Physician. The latest update has made the app navigation also very user-friendly. Keep it up, MdCalc!
Easy to use. Covers most of the scores and criteria in details. Also explains further management steps. Very useful and time saving resource.

Simple to use. A slightly better summary of interpretation would be nice. However to its credit they do list the original literature should one wish to read it

Recent updates don't work. Can't log in despite uninstalling reinstalling clearing cache and resetting password. Wish I hadn't downloaded new update as old app worked great.
Have been using this excellent App for a year. The App now want me to sign up and it won't allow me to register unless I choose the state that I am in. I don't live in USA. Please help me sign up.
Good source with great links to the reference research. But wish I could click the pics to enlarge them e.g. the Canadian c-spine flow diagram can't be enlarged (I appreciate it's there in the calculator part).
It's one of the most useful app for critical care specialists. All scores are under one roof and most important it's very user friendly. Thanks for creating such a wonderful app.
Super grateful for the developers and the medical physicians, scientist, and researchers who have contributed so much to the field of medicine, for putting everything that one could hope to find in textbooks more readily accessible in a mobile setup.
The app is great, but for a while now the upper part of the application is cut for some reason. Not sure if it's a phone model problem or smth else. Will change to 5 stars when it's fixed
