MDict

I love this very much, but I have two suggestions. 1. Can we have a function to import/export query history? 2. The history should be listed according to current selected dictionary. Currently all entires in history are listed out, one entry may exist in one dictionary but not in another, it is annoying when it happens when navigating through the history.

thank for your efforts . especially this app is very practical and easy to use fur languages lerner . I have some notes and I hope to take them in your consideration in the next update : first when I use the other app like browser and pdf reader , and want to use the app in notification center , the whole app open and that really annoying . so I hope instead to make the pop up window to open . secound I hope to make the dictionaries list colourful . because it is confused to discriminate dict

This is such a useful app, however I wish there were this feature in that we would be able to search things through the whole text. Please consider adding this feature to the app I'm really looking forward to it ! I use another dictionary at the moment just beacuse of its 'full text search' ability.

Good app if you know where to find mdx dictionaries. There is a problem when opening this app from a reading app: MDict is opened in a window which hides the notification bar. Please fix this. Also I would like to see the following features: 1. Show statistics on how many time the word from history was translated and allow to sort the history by this number. 2. Add exporting from favorites/history to AnkiDroid.

I think there is a problem for Chinese words and popup windows. When I search Chinese words via share, it opens the popup window. In the popup window, if I change the group of dictionary, I lost the word. English seems working fine. The main app seems working fine

Excellent job, Thank you so much for your dedication, Compatibale with different types/formats. Kindly just don't add any ads or make it a limited version. Multiple dictionary search is working perfectly so far on english, japanese, persian/farsi, Arabic ,... Thank you a lot.

Great dictionary! Simple, fast, has history and favorites, allows groups, allows also to search inside the definition. In the website there is also a conversion tool from other dictionaries.

It keeps closing up on galaxy A6, android 9 ! uninstalled and installed the latest version but it still shuts up. plz do sth for it. I used an older version on my old phone for five years. used to be a big fan. what seems to be the problem? I really want it on my phone 😔

It's not possible to open/load/search the dictionary files. It doesn't open even the basic folders. Some sort of bug that makes the app impossible to use

No ads, lightweight, working well with reader and browser apps and lots of excellent dictionaries if you know where to look for them.

Great. Especially custom dictionaries and community of mdd sharer on the forum. Only needing an built in exporter or sync api for both the mobile app and desktop computer application.

Good app. But from time to time the dictionary groups I create disappear for no reason, and I have to recreate all them from scratch. Please fix this.

Bad UI, limited functionality, and worst of all very few dictionaries are available. I recommend colordict instead.

Search both Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese content in Dictionaries, instead of auto-conversion of Chinese input.

I really appreciate you because of so much work you have done on it. If you modify it with more pronunciation not just phonetic symbols but audibly anyway wish you and yours the best

Mdict cannot search a word in multiple dictionaries at the same time. If I put dictionaries into group first, then select that group, an error occurs.

The previous version 1.1.3 (49) was the best dic on android. But this new one wants unnecessary accesses, please remove extra accesses.

I can't import my dictionaries. While selecting the folder it's not applicable . The solution ???

Needs lots of visual tweaks to look modern. It's very outdated.

Nothing works here! I cannot access any folder. Where are dictionaries? How do we get them? What type of dictionary files do we need to download and where ? ... In conclusion, we have something here that looks like a shiny car, but, alas, there is no engine under the hood. 👎

Favourites list gets automatically deleted after a while. Besides that everything works.

A generous app which neither charge you nor suffocate you with ads. Thank you developer for your precious work.

MDict doesn't support "wav" audios. please fix that problem. I'm using android 4.2.2.

can't find stardict/Babylon files in the folder set in library settings.

Lastest version has problem with Chinese text please fix it.
