As an mdINR patient on anticoagulation therapy as prescribed by your physician, the mdINR application let's you quickly and efficiently enter your PT/INR self-test results and submit them through mdINR without having to call and navigate voice-prompt menus.

With the application you will also be able to view result history, place and viewsupply order status and setup reminders.

Reporting results weekly from home has been the most freeing thing ever! I have been able to travel to Europe and Africa from the US and not miss a weekly test. Elimination of the trip to the Coumadin Clinic every week has truly been a Godsend. The testing and reporting processes are extremely simple, especially since it has switched to Smartphone reports. I've used MD into since 2012 and am planning to stay a customer for life.

Very limited app. It could be so much more. All it does is save you a very quick phone call. No ordering of supplies and most options in the app state the site is off line, except for report of test. So after hearing from customer service I place an order to activate the softwares feature of order tracking and still when clicking on it I get the error that the service is unavailable due to maintainence and the app crashes and i have to log back into it. You need to call me!

I have used mdINR for about 7 years now and my biggest complaint is when placing orders. I have to write the tracking number on paper to just have to input on an other website to track. I thought after seeing commercials about it the app would be upgraded. A link for tracking packages would be nice. Or at least let it let me copy and paste. I can't even do that.

After updating the app, very disappointed. It doesn't do the camera thing anymore, and it doesn't let logout with out shutting down my phone.

Useless. After the 7 October update the app will no longer connect to the server using either my tablet or cellphone. Will call Lincare Monday, I guess, and report the problem. 13 October - They updated the update and the app works again. Very useful app. Several nice features. Test reminder, results list, supply order notification.

I can log in and connect to my device via Bluetooth, but then the app crashes. I reinstalled it multiple times and restarted my phone but the same problem kept occurring. I called customer service and was told "it's probably the app, not anything you're doing." I sent an email to the tech support address for the app, listed here on Google Play, and got this response: "This email is to notify you that your email has been blocked by our corporate email scrubber. Our strict corporate policy prohibits any email communication from non-approved senders. Gaining access to email our employee personnel requires proper approval. Please contact intended recipient and have them submit the proper authorization. If this is an urgent matter, please find another appropriate means of communication. (Telephone, fax, mail, etc)." Seriously? You guys have some work to do!

No transfer of results from unit, coag-sense pt-2 inr. Pairing questionable. Shows up on phone bluetooth, but if I select pair meter in app settings, says unit selected as noted above here does not support bluetooth, yet the bluetooth symbol is flashing on unit like it's trying to connect. Even entered pairing code from phone. Nothing. I don't get any idea that results sent to doctor.

Update Oct 7. Galaxy S7 does not connect to network. Thus cannot report tests. You obviously do not read your reviews. Several have the newest version Oct 7, and cannot connect to your network. QA did not test this. Update after installing Oct 12 release. Can now login and they fixed timing to allow fingerprint login, previous allowed less than 1 second to use fingerprint reader. Hopefully they improve bluetooth connection to blood testing device.

Update: PT2 device is selectable however there is no Bluetooth pairing. So almost there. When pairing comes I will revise my rating. One star off because the software has not been updated with the new Coag-Sense meter. Once this is there and u can pair it this app will be golden.

Software is not up to date with the current equipment being used. Model that was not listed. Also, app logs out very quickly requiring signing in again when using fingerprint login. Other than that, it seems functional.

It's easy to use if one remembers where the app is stored. Keeping the pin where you can have easy access to it. It's much easier than going to the clinic every week. It's a great tool especially during the Covid pandemic.

The APP does not work! It was OK before the Oct. 24 update, but will not allow entry of my ID now. Moto E5, android 8.0. I'm probably going to go back to using my hospitsl lab. Good luck if you use this APP. Edit: I was told to uninstall and reinstall the APP. It seems to work now. But should an update require a reinstallation???

After entering the pin, app stops working. This happened the last time I gave this app a shot. Uninstalled again. 2/1/19 It now works flawlessly. Fast reporting to the Doc. Best thing is not dealing with reporting by phone! 6/25/21

UPDATE PROBLEM FIXED[After the latest update App does not let me login. Cleared cache cleared data and finally tried reinstalling. No change. Tried to email developer. Email kicked out by some robo system that said had to get permission from receiver first. Hmmm.]

Does not connect phone's Bluetooth to Coag-Sense INR meter. Unsure if results are promptly reported to LinCare - app provides NO confirmation. LinCare always responds for next 2 days with reminders to submit my INR results. Phone's Bluetooth reports this app must be installed for it to connect with the INR test device. The app certainly IS installed.

Meter won't keep a charge. Also hasn't added last INR reading on the history. I reentered the information. It showed in 1 section but not on history. Nurse came and waited but the meter refused to recharge. Then later that day I reentered the information but doesn't open in history??

The app works on every day except the day I need to check my INR. On that day it keeps closing, until I call in my results. Then it works fine. How is this any good to anyone? Update: After the app was updated, I tried it again today, it worked perfectly. Well done!

Unable to get past login with phone #. I uninstalled and installed again and still stuck on log in screen. I wanted to watch the tutorial and I can't access that. I hate calling in to report INR. I am a caregiver and don't have time . My phone is Android A71 5G.

I've used the Mdinr app as long as it's been available, and it worked great till a few months ago. Now everytime I try too login, it tells me I have no Internet connection, even though I'm using 4G & WiFi, & 5.0 android the cell company has assured me it's not the cell service. So why can I not connect?
