This app rarely works properly. For the important purpose of showing you when you are rostered for hospital work and allowing you to book shifts, it varies from dodgy to useless. Until the company repair its vagaries, I'm unable to access it or rely on it.
Very bad app when used on mobile. It wont open second time after installing it. I can open it when installed. But then when I want to use it again next day it wont open. I have to uninstall it and install it again.
It's a very poorly designed app. Does not have any useful functions either asides viewing shifts, which you can do from an excel spreadsheet. No interface for any interaction at all. Whoever designed this and successfully convinced an NHS trust to use this must have done it through questionable means.
Useless. Doesn't work. Also will not reset my password. Currently locked out. Despite trying several recovery methods!
Absolute garbage It allows fingerprint sensor but then insists on a password every time. The password always comes with error though you can login through the website with the same password. The app itself is very rudimentary and basic layout and UI. An example of amateur app development. Have to use because of my employer signing up to it. Despite reassurance from developers, there is no improvement, I don't think they care .. just cowboys wanting to make quick money.
The worst app I have ever used. So bad that I've felt I needed to leave a review to warn others. The login repeatedly fails and freezes, requesting leave is impossible, has less functionality than the website and if you access the website from the app, it can't do mobile formatting and everything is laid over itself. There are literally no redeeming features to this app whatsoever. Just down download it.
Really handy to have (when it works) usually log in with the finger print but doesn't come up anymore and won't let me sign in using email and password. Quite frustrating!
This is the app that is required to be used to check my weekly roster and book annual leave for work from outside, and of course for security this is the only remote access option if you can't get to a work pc. It's great when it's working, but almost every occasion I log in and it just continues to roll on the loading screen and never logs in. I've tried almost all fixes and it still continues to do this. If I didn't need to use it I wouldn't.
This app doesn't work. It keeps sending you around and around in endless circles. It asks you to verify your work (nhs) email and when you do it takes you back to the play store where you select to open up the app. You open up the app and then try to sign in and it again asks you to verify your email?? I've tried possibly about 10× already to no avail.
This app used to be only okay and now since its updated, it is absolute rubbish, crashes everytime I open it, can't view the desktop version to see if my shifts have been finalised. It will freeze as I'm booking a shift, I'll have to restart it and the shift I wanted has been taken, so it's actually massively interferring with my work. Sort it out please. NHS needs to find a more reliable app!!!
The app has always malfunctioned when I've moved from WIFI to 4G or back, consistently requiring me to close it and enter my login details again to function. In the last week it's also crashing when running in a background tab, becoming unresponsive 'til rebooted, randomly flashing between a blue screen and sign in page. Reinstalling has not helped. Fortunately I'm not reliant on this app to earn a living as I have access to an online alternative. Edit: now my only option. STILL doesn't work.
The app is good when it decides to work. It takes me about 12 attempts to log in. Sometimes I'm lucky and get through and it works OK then. But getting into the app is ridiculous! It reloads the login page before I've input my login details, then when I eventually manage to type it before it cuts me off it requires my finger print about 4+ times 🙄 this week I haven't been able to get on it at all. It's extremely frustrating, I rely on this app to access my off duty and it mostly doesn't work
The latest version of the app will not go past buffering. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times and it still doesn't work. After the last update I was able to login but then it was stuck in buffering and now it won't let me log in all work at all. Not very helpful as all shifts are supposed to be booked through this app. 😣
Tried 15 times to get in. Downloaded it numerous times. Nothing as worked !
Everytime I try to connect my email account I get taken back to the play store. Unable to activate my email address so cant even contact anyone to get issues resolved. My trust is stopping using EOL on 1st October so I won't be able to access my rota. I have uninstalled the app multiple times. Short of using a different email address I'm at a loss of what to do.
The latest version of the app, will let me log in. However, the app gets stuck in buffering mode. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. However, this didnt work. The old version would let me log in. However, if I booked a bank holiday, it would put it down as annual leave. Instead of labelling it as a bank holiday. Also, the app won't let me book any study leave. As it didnt give me the option. Even though I asked the company, if I could have the facility to do so.
It used to be buggy but "worked" - now its buggy and you can't even log in...

This app is so terrible it's ridiculous that this is the only way I can request leave. Crashes constantly, signs me out each time and when I try to put a request in it tells me my 72 hour annual allowance has been exceeded. Truly awful
Wish I could rate with 0 stars! Absolute rubbish!! Will not log me in, just comes up with page saying request is too long!! Uninstalled and reinstalled several times but makes no difference! Very frustrating especially when you're shielding and cannot get to work to access from work just so you can book your shifts and annual leave entitlement!!!! Please sort!!
Worked alright for a few months, now for the past 3 weeks I've had an error message on opening the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a few times with no luck. It keeps saying "Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long". Please fix it as I use it a lot for work! Good app otherwise :(
Could be a fantastic app if had a callender view. basically make it look similar to the desktop version of your software and everyone will be happy. also if you could sync with phones callender it would make life planning much better! Update has compleatly stopped the app working on my huawei mate 20 lite! The app wont go past the loading screen!
World be useful to have a week to screen view in landscape.. find it a bit laggy when scrolling in current format. Would like it to populate my calendar with shifts as in desktop. Some of the functions ''team" don't view at all. Second review..as you asked.. 1. I would like more colour definition, or choice of, in display. 2. Opportunity to see past rosters. 3.
I find this to be a great idea but I find it very difficult to open the app as it very often doesn't let me into the app to see whats happening on it, the latest jobs or to look to remind myself which shifts I'm still to do, very often frustrating, needs to be easily accessible from pretty much anywhere as its important info that I need to see and often can't, hope this will be resolved some how or perhaps its my phone, I've no idea 🤷♂️
App resets the screen everytime I book a new shift taking me back to the top of the shift list. This makes very time consuming the booking system. Moreover, when open the full desktop view on my android, it doesn't display full view cutting information at the top of the screen and right side.
This is, without exception, the most frustrating app I have ever had to endure. It's quite ridiculous! The average attempted app launch is 4/5 times every single time I want to check my rota. It freezes all the time, never EVER keeps you signed in and moves at a snails pace. I don't know anyone that doesn't swear at it at least once a day!
This has got to be the worst app I have ever used, each time I (attempt) to open it it just goes round in a circle of putting in my password then finger print, then password, close it all down start again. This is pretty much the ritual evertime. Then when it eventually opens I have an error message. Very very poor! Only reason I'm persisting with it is so I can see my allocated shifts. Poor!
Absolutely awful when using on a mobile device. I work for 2 different trusts each using Allocate. At each update things get worse with Access/login problems Rotas don't fit the screen - Sunday missing Unable to make requests- options missing. Close (x) doesn't work when booking leave. The whole team keep deleting and uploading link but it makes no difference 😖
