A great app. But... if the text size could adapt to the user's device. Also the ability to add a tip when paying. Currently no option that I saw when paying. The drivers are deserving. ?PayPal?, that would be nice too. Thanks for all your hard work creating this app.🙂

This app is a complete joke. It seems to be less buggy than it has been in the past but the real issue is the payment options. There is no option for cash and the charge feature does not work. The whole point of an app is to make the process of ordering a pizza easier not more frustrating. Calling your order in is so much simpler. I've used the other pizza chain apps and never had any issues. Get with the program guys. I love your pizza, but this app is garbage.

Always fast, friendly and courteous. Love the combo Calzone too much 😋 I cut it in half and try to make two meals with it but sometimes I just can't, it's just too good. Watch out for the dripping juices though.

App was easy and efficient to use. Definitely will continue using. Only downside is it did not advertise any specials that were occuring. When we got to our location for pickup we saw the specials sign and realized we made about double on the app for the same thing. Would have been nice to have been given the sale price on the app.

Wow!!! This app rocks, and it was so easy to order from!! I was able to order my pizza, add toppings to a premade classic, specify size, etc, everything you would want!! And the first thing that popped up was a deal that I was able to use. Free garlic bread for the WIN!!!

unable to complete transaction, every time I went to check out, it made me reselect the store I wanted to order from, and it would keep this loop up. It also advertised a free appetizer of garlic bread knots for being new to the app, so i add them, and then they aren't free, but merely $1.50 off, so that was awesome...

Straight forward process to order. I had a slight bit if confusion on creating an account. There wasn't too many directions and it seemed to not register my first entry. It really wasn't that bad of an experience and was easily over that small issue.

Love Me-n-Eds! The app can use some user friendly updates. Wish it was possible to edit order from cart. Currently, you have to delete the item and re-enter the item you want to edit. Overall the app is a little clunky. But it won't stop me from getting my Me-n-Eds fix!

Love the food but after downloading app. I was offered a deal of **free cheesy garlic Bites*** with a $10 purchase for downloading the app and when I applied it and checked out it still wanted to charge me for them I don't know if it's a glitch in the app or what I also had difficulty signing into the app as well maybe something that needs to be looked into

Love this app!!! Works great, my pizza and anything else I order is always ready at the location I chose, also saves your orders so you can go back an re-order an old order or of course put in a new order. Defiently prefer this than calling in my order!

The order I got through this app was mediocre. 2-3 of the pizza slices had literally no toppings on it; the discount garlic knots were also undercooked and underseasoned compared to before. Also the app itself has too much going on which slows the loading and freezes. I couldnt properly make an account.

absolutely terrible. tried multiple times to order through the app and it kept saying error with my card info even though i check it mulitple times and it was correct, not to mentiom the huge wait time for the app to load when processing the order or when trying to make changes to a pizza before you order it.

Great food, great service, app (and website) could use some work. Frequent bugs. Often have to reenter my order 2 or 3 times before it actually goes through. Usually works better than their website though.

Super good pizza! Always lots of toppings and never has dry or burned spots on the pizza. Crust is cooked perfectly. It's always ready on time and employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Store is clean. We dont order from any other store. 😊

Horrible App is supposed to help make it easier to order. Pay option doesn't work at all!!! When you call in expect a 10 minute wait on the phone or longer. Pizza is good but not worth the wait. Me n Ed's unfortunately has horrible service now.

By far the best pizza in town! With 3 different toppings of your choice is really all you can ask for. Unlike any other pizza taste you've ever had(: Also the Me-N-Ed's App is easy and fast to use.

The app was very user friendly. Navigating through where I needed to go to make a half and half pizza was super easy. I love that you can make a future order as well.

The app works and doesn't have the same issues as the Round Table pizza app. I wish there were better, new, and different deals each month. But yeah the app works at least.

The only luck i've had with ordering Pizza through an app is from Dominoes. Placed an order through the app. Order said 20-30 minutes. I waited an hour before I called just in case there was issue with the deliveries. The guy i talked to at the location said he couldn't find my order, finally he took my name after 5 minuets of back and forth turns out the app put my order in for take out instead of delivery and th eorder had been sitting there for 30 minutes. I decided to ask for a refund since changing it to delivery would cost another hour and a cold Pizza. So long story short, this app needs at least be up to par with dominoes, i mean it's dominoes lol

No cash option to pay, charge button does not work...call in my order and they've screwed it up the last two times. Ordered a large three topping pizza, pepperoni and olives on whole pizza, one half with sausage, the other half with mushrooms...not complicated right? Received one half pepperoni, sausage, olives and mushrooms, the other half pepperoni and olives. First time I figured was an error, no harm, but again tonight? And charged for four toppings both tines!!!

App (for my Galaxy S9+) won't process credit card payments. After entering card info and submitting, it just takes the user back to the previous screen to select payment type...and you enter a loop to pay, never proceeding.

The app looks okay, but i only downloaded to reload my gift card. I see no options to reload, nor everytime i try to log in, it never does. It just keeps saying sign in at the top.

Horrible! Doesn't retain any information I put in, updated my personal info and can't log in now. Very frustrating for hungry ppl trying to order online!

It frezees, it has bugs that don't let you enter information to register an account. Had to go to website, which is not user friendly. They are lucky the pizza is good because i would have ordered from other pizza places.

Convenient and efficient app. Able to complete order within 2 minutes. No idling at checkout either as opposed to online ordering.

Love Me- n-Ed's but app is a little clunky when ordering. Also doesn't seem to pickup my last orders with the Reorder feature which is a bit frustrating!

Everytime I use the gift card option I get a message saying *something went wrong, UNABLE TO CONNECT TO POS.TRY PLACING ORDER AGAIN. So irritating, I've already reloaded my gift card with $50 and can not use it unless I place my order over the phone!!

App had a glitch 1st time I tried using it, but so far it's been really good! You fixed the add to cart issue, just placed an order with no issues 👌🏽

App freezes & lags constantly... after 20 minutes of struggling with this app I called and recited my order in no time... Menu at best, counterproductive at worst. Just call in. This app isn't ready for release.

Great pizza - so-so app. It works, but it glitches and is slow and not optimized to work well with things like Google pay.
