Stopped working. Keeps saying unable to join this table. Clicking on the profile icon throws a network connection error. Rebooting the app doesn't help. Have been ordering via friends' phones for the last few times.

Very good idea. Especially through Covid Times. However I must point out that it would be much better to scan once at the start of the sitting and start a TAB( example only) and pay once at the end for everything. Having to a complete a scan,order, checkout, and pay for the processing fee is time and cost effective. Which also deters the diner/s from drinking or eating more. Very good idea 😄 but needs some improvement. Good work.

App UI is slightly clunky but has been improved quite a bit with the last few updates. One major complaint is that you can't get full tax invoices. You can get order summaries but they don't include GST. This can be challenging for expensing work-related orders if your accounting department is a stickler for rules. App also not compatible with Android 10 - the beacon doesn't register.

Super weird feeling to just get up and go after a meal (I feel like I'm doing a dine and dash!). Good points : $5 credit worked and I can see where waiters are busy this could work really well. Also in split bill instances this could be awesome! But.. It seems really antisocial to not make any contact with the people serving you. Cons: couldn't check my order in progress/payment history without NFCing again. Also NFC was very sensitive / seemed to pick up other tables.

I used this system recently and was really impressed. It made ordering more enjoyable, interactive and convenient and worked well, especially when paying. Everything can be done from the app so no more trying to get attention of distracted waiters.

It's not very clear if the $5 occurs on the first order or after the first order. this seems like a great app but i can understand why people are not giving high ratings. The ui needs some improvement and it is a little clunky. I'd be delighted to discuss how to improve the user experience as this looks like the next best thing in streamlining the ordering experience

Cool idea. Mobile page and Android app have an updated privacy policy... That has no accept button. So you can read it put not progress, app basically is a display of the privacy policy then, but c It ian't be used to order. Developers need to fix this bug, as basically the app is unusable in current state. Update:worked on others phones really well. Hopefully they can fix it on other phones.

Downloading this app to use in a restaurant, then explaining to 8 other users how to download & use it & join the table, & pay together or separately, needing to add everyone's phone numbers and credit card details, & getting charged a $1 joining fee- was not worth the 35 mins wasted in the restaurant. We could've ordered in 5mins with a human waiter and gotten our food half and hour earlier. Will be deleting this app. The menu layout looks great though!

Great concept but needs improvement. We used the app at the Beerhaus on York Street Sydney. App was easy to use. The problem was that what we ordered was not what was delivered. They showed us the docket and it showed the right table number but part of the order was wrong. If you use the app I suggest you screenshot your order before sending.

It doesn't work. The nfc scanning does nothing. My nfc works as I use Google pay all the time. Ive had me&u staff try to get it working in store 3 times and it's never worked. My suggestion, switch to a qr code system or allow manual search. The idea is great but if it doesn't work it doesn't work.

Rubbish app, wont take my order and kept taking me to start screen, took my credit card details as well, have to watch my bank account now in case there are any unauthorised transactions. Ended up ordering the old fashion way and food took ages to come because i wasted so much time with this app. Dont bother its a waste of time.

Pretty good app, I use it with my friends when we go out. Makes ordering food as a group much easier, and also allows you to split the bill or choose what you want to pay for. Definitely worth an install.

Was able to quickly and easily order multiple rounds of food and drinks through the NFC terminal placed on our table. Menu was easy to access and happy hour specials automatically displayed when applicable. Google pay integration also worked a treat. Highly recommended!

Aside from the fact you don't have to get up to order food, this app isn't functional for everyday. You have to take off your phone cover, turn on NFC ( which takes up battery life) and God send help if you can't make ordered because it means you don't get service at all from the waiters because they don't know how to help when the app goes wrong. It's debilitating when the when restaurant is on this app, maybe better of mixed ?

Used it at Chai Thai Circular Quay. There is very limited 4G connection there, so it took 10 mins to download. On top of that, the beacon signal recorded the wrong table, so they delivered to the wrong table, and when the original ppl said it wasn't there's they deleted my order off, so it was a total of 40 mins of waiting to order successfully, when a human being couldve done the job in 2 mins.

New black tokens don't work on Samsung 9+. Suggestion was to upgrade app. No upgrade available. Otherwise app was working very nicely. And never heard back from support. I am surprised support don't reply to feedback that says product broken. Are you there?

Scanning beacons doesn't work on my Pixel 3. The phone vibrates so scanning the beacon DOES work, but the app doesn't pick it up. Maybe start printing QR codes on the beacons as a backup.

Did not work. Edit too add: and now it keeps sending me SMSes with verification codes, even though verification was the one part that seemed to function ok. I have had to block the sender.

Long gone are the days of waiting for everyone to be ready, then waiting for wait staff to notice! The app is easy to use and eliminates some of the wait time, you know your total before you confirm your order, and eliminates the problems with last minute decision changes.

joined because it was $5 off first order. Got charged anyway. when i contacted them they said it was only for orders $6+ which was not stated anywhere when we joined: their response was basically, oh well too bad.

surprisingly good! easy to use, no bugs, splits bill easily, no trouble with connection, - also great service from The Bower cafe in Manly Beach :)
