So, I just got logged out after using this app for a while and now I am unable to get back in! My phone remembers all my UN and PW but it is not letting me log in, email isn't recognized for recovery. The app is not user friendly at all. The idea of it is amazing, but overall, it was absolutely annoying to deal with! You do not go back to the screen you'd assume when pressing back button, but through EVERY single screen you've gone through since loading the app. I can go on, but no room.
I like the idea of this app. However, I was busy entering my symptoms from the past 3 months from my paper records (a big job!) and the app suddenly crashed and won't let me log back in. There is no support available online. I have tried resetting my password and uninstalling/reinstalling the app, but no luck. Guess it's back to documenting on paper.
This app is such an empowering tool to get to know what my cycles entail and to have the ability to predict what days I may need to give myself extra love and support. I love having so many options of experiences that can be tracked. I also live with bipolar type 2 and it's been beneficial to see patterns there too. Having the 'overall' rating has helped me to remember that even when there's difficult parts to my day there may have been some good parts too.
This app is almost exaxtly what I was looking for. As a previous reviewer mentioned, I would find it more effective to have the ability to use the symptom tracker multiple times a day. My symptoms fluctuate throughout the day and /or change in severity. I can note them in the journal but then I could use any journal or calender as I have been.
I got this app and it was working so well. Tried opening it after about a week and a half of use, and it had randomly logged me out of my account. I tried the same username (double checked my email to make sure it was correct) and password, and it wouldn't log in. It doesn't recognize my email even though I made an actual account, not a guest log-in. So now my information on mood and health over the past two weeks is lost. I'd give no stars if I could. :(
Very cool app. It's useful. I don't particularly like how you can't scroll down in your journal to reread things. It's inconvenient to have to edit the entry just to read it all. Otherwise I will recommend it.
Doesn't work. The install was fine and loved me first day. The next day I went to log and it has signed me out and I couldn't log back in at all. Reset wouldn't work. It's as if I didn't exist (great feeling at this time btw) and couldn't create a new account. Would have been great if this worked. Oh well. Of to find another
I downloaded this app a month ago & can't get in to it to start using it. I tried to create an account, email wouldn't come through for a few tries (wasn't in spam), then the registry link they emailed was broken. I tried to contact through their website, got no response. Then reached out a week later on IG & got nothing. Really disappointed as I had heard good things about it.
disliked the app at first, but using it along side a period tracker has actually been really helpful. they appear to have a good support team and have been prompt in replies, acknowledged the issues and promised to work on them. it still needs more functionality, but its a solid base.
App doesn't allow me to create an account, nor use without creating one. Very frustrating, makes me want to smash my phone because I really need something like this to tracky many symptoms. Guess I'll have to do the old fashioned way. Disappointing!
I think it's a great start, but I couldn't get much out of it. I wanted to input data of past cycles. There was no way of doing that. I have a log already, just not in an app that can show my progress and changes in my symptoms month-to-month. If there is a way, let me know I'll be happy to use the app and change my review.
Great concept, but not really easy to use and confusing. Also an option to set a reminder to fill in the daily symptoms would be nice and ADHD-friendly :)
The inability to export the data makes the information gathered from this app mostly useless when it comes to sharing with a doctor. To the users asking for the ability to edit previous days moods, from the menu, select calendar, click the day you want to edit, select 'view symptoms', change moods, scroll to bottom, save symptoms. Voila! (I'm not sure about the cycle dates as I haven't needed to edit that yet)
