Not bad. Have been having issues recently logging in and clocking in. I did Uninstall and reinstall. It's working now, but it's been frustrating. Otherwise I can't think of anything wrong with it. I do enjoy the layout and the colors. I do wish we could pick our layout and our own order of things.

Cannot log in at all after being logged out. I've deleted both this and the vip access as well as my two step method on the computer. I got everything set up again from scratch and it still won't let me sign in. I've brought this issue to people higher up in walmart and they didn't care and blew it off as not a big deal. (Computers in our store are also being finicky, it's a hit or miss if I'm able to log in. I rely heavily on this app to work so I'm able to see my schedule and clock in)

Work device/app review. Frequently crashes, extremely slow/unresponsive 90% of the time, proximity error when standing in the middle of building connected to the wifi, no internet when standing in building, clock service error about 50% of the time, keeps sending notifications about an inbox event with nothing new there and now tasks is doing the same thing an alert with nothing there. Was bad before the update and has only gotten worse.

The user experience was good before the update. With the update, it takes a long time to even login. The new features are eh, it takes quite a while to even let me choose the text my teammates. Every time I try to use it half the time the app just crashes. Overall there's a lot of bugs that should be fixed.

Having a lot of trouble getting it to work & THEY EXPECT ME TO USE THIS TO CLOCK IN & OUT & CHECK MY SCHEDUAL!? A little help guys for an older, not tech savvy employee pleeaase? Working now, but still kind of buggy & Walmart WiFi isn't the best, so the app frequently fails. Nobody hardly uses the walki talkie feature so I can't. Give 1 star now. Won't even work with my new phone >:(

My app has not worked for almost 3 months now. Would love to be able to clock in when I get here instead of waiting for a computer ti be available. It used to work just fine then I update it and suddenly it won't let me log in even.

Decent app, however, I have to go through the sign in process too many times in a shift. Doesnt make for the best in efficiency for customer service when looking up items or price checking (customers dont like to wait).

Love the new features but the beep function still doesn't work and you could give us a button for the Galaxy Xcover Pro it has several reamapable buttons that aren't used the notification bar that comes across the scan button is annoying because we have to waste time waiting for it to go away so we can scan another item if you could fix it that would be great you did it on the TC why not the Xcover

This past week this app is experiencing some major issues. It has logged me out of the app multiple times, and when it does allow you to log back in, it takes forever for the web page to load. I'm pretty sure it isn't my phone since everytime this happens I have at least 4 bars of cell phone service listed on my phone. I notice this issue happens when I'm at walmart and their computer systems and registers are running extremely slowly.

Clocking in and out can be very finicky and unreliable, the proximity sensner only works when I'm well inside the store and nowhere near the front doors, a lot of the functions of the app are locked behind a Clock in wall and it completely logs me out every couple of days which means I waste time having to log all the way back in. The app is just slow in general. I do like how you can check to see who's clocked in with you though.

More problems then not with this app. Logging in can be a nightmare with multiple steps. The information given on product is usually inaccurate by location, type (size and color) and brand. Half the time you search for a product and it gives everything but what you're searching for. When you search for a product (in store option) it shows you things sold thru online Wal-Mart. I really dislike having to HAVE to use this app.

Its like giving your phone cancer. At least once a day the app freezes and I have to restart the phone to use it. It's infuriating. On top of that it barely functions like it says it does. Ask Sam is useless. Won't give me manager options. 2 step verification is a nightmare and it doesnt send the text about 1/3 of the time. Embarrassing that Walmart thinks this is ready for employees to use. I'd give it 0 stars if possible.

It works most of the time. Force closes alot, scanner option tends to lock up app, and information given is not always up-to-date.

No left handed mode so you have to use your bad hand or reach across the entire screen at times. Easy to fix if we could just move the button to a place we're comfortable with. Constantly signing me out which wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't 3 completely separate steps to logging in (which includes a text message to your phone). Drops the wifi connection all over the store for no reason any of us can figure out to the point where I use data exclusively to get anything done.

This app needs major help!! It will work fine for 3 clock ins etc etc, then it messes up on the 3rd or 4th time, I have to delete the app, then re-download it, this happens literally every other day!! Its freakin annoying!!! Lord have mercy this app gives me the blues!! And it messes up our times!! Please fix the little spinny thing that goes around and around when your trying to clock in or out or do your lunch!! Its insane!!

Current: unable to use as a means of basic job performance. Now crashes immediately after accessing Walmart servers. Crash logs include 'com.walmart.squiggly' which is amusing. fixit tickets unanswered, but I am not the only one with app issues. Previous: Missing item information, and shelf availability and pinpoint. Multiple fixtures tickets unanswered

Work Device (Review) crashes consistently after every few items scanned or after a certain amount of time idling it'll crash. Been a whole lot slower since the most recent updates. Have done the regular reset phone and deleted app and still won't work consistently well

I haven't had any issues whatsoever until I updated the app on May 2nd. Now I can't clock in or out for the beginning or ending of my shift or for lunch. The couple times it has, it has totally screwed up my time. Hopefully the problem gets solved sooner than later.

Issue is it keeps lagging now whenever I'm trying to use the app whether typing in an items name or looking through my schedule. It will freeze and not register any new taps on my phone (asides from my phones home button or recent apps button) for a minute or two before it finally let's me resume

Decent app that needs alot of work. Here are a few features that would help me as an associate. 1. Allow for the ability to bring up an item list for a mod section. If I'm missing a tag but don't have the item it can be difficult to figure out why I don't have it. 2. Text messages so associates can communicate quickly with each other. 3. Backroom tools so fresh associate can process the trucks with out having to rely on the one TC the department has.

Horrible app they mandate employees use. It's incredibly inaccurate when giving information. It'll show you something that's one color and then when you open the page it's showing a completely different color, and the colors have different UPCs, so you can't even see what you want. It shows items in the app that are actually NOT sold by walmart. If you lose internet access even for a second you have to crash the app, re-login, and half the time that doesn't work either. Aggravating as hell.

Designed to serve a pretty specific purpose but is incapable of actually doing so. What this app is supposed to do is awesome and the interface is very streamlined and intuitive but unfortunately looks and function are two entirely different things. 30% chance the timeclock won't work, and even it does there is a good chance your punch time will be wrong. App logs you out at least once every 2 hours or so. Items will scan but not load item information half of the time. Just sad

Need more options/features for mods. Like to edit how many are on the shelf, how many are there, just to start, much more. The roster part of the app is missing features. It should be more like PlanIT, people's departments should be selected automatically and it's missing the search option when I try to view other's schedules for tomorrow. Missing option to make my schedule a widget. The amount of times it logs me out has reduced it gets annoying that it still does it. On Samsung Z flip3

The app was ok until last Monday. Every time I tried to login with my smartphone, i would get this popup message saying it needs browser support to log on. Walmart is a JOKE!!!!!! Update: This app is not working at all. It won't let me clock in. Everytime I've tried to clock in, it would load and freeze up on me and crash. May 8, 2022

I work at Walmart, and this app has consistently failed me. It crashes constantly, which really gets in the way when you're trying to help someone find an item. There's a 50/50 the time clock they make you use in the app actually works, and even if it says it does it still probably didn't count. I've had it crash 4 times in a row while trying to find an item for someone and it is pathetic. Instead of having people constantly rework the UI for the TC, spend some R&D money to actually fix this app

There are many utilities required for the work that needs to be done that are missing in this app vis a vis claims price changes, etc. Until those utilities are present, associates will contribute to struggle to complete tasks and we will continue to see issues in execution of said tasks. Overall however, the direction of this app is positive and once everything is fully integrated this will be an amazing app and it will make working in the store so much easier than what it was like previously.

This app can be so helpful when it works. Alot of glitches. Clocking in and out is not always functional The punches don't always capture correctly. Also cannot verify you punch after clocking out. I love ask same when it comes to finding locations on items. Definitely needs some love to get it to where it should be.

90% of this apps functionality is only available when clocked in. Which would be fine if clocking in wasn't so unreliable. Either it just spins, tells me I'm not near the building (you know, near the building I'm inside of), or fails to clock in At all. One of the most important parts of the app - the item info - is locked behind being clocked in. So if you have a team lead clock you in, it won't show up on this ridiculous app and therefor you cannot access something necessary for the job.

You need to fix the issue where we get logged out while on the clock. Also the geofence is very inaccurate. It the middle of the store I am givent proximity errors. Since last update 5-9-22 time clock feature is not working. Just stalls in loading.

Works part of the time. Other times it kicks you out for absolutely no reason! And it updates fine on my work phone, but refuses to update on my personal one. Perpetually a version behind on personal phone.
