You'll be waiting forever only to find out either... 1- It took them over 30 minutes to actually place your order with the resturant which means you'll be waiting even longer for delivery. 2 - You'll be waiting over an hour and a half only to find out they canceled your order because they are "to busy" without any notification. 3- They just won't place your order. Better delivery services available.
Assume 5 star ratings are fake. I stopped using the App for 18 months. Just used it again now and spent more time having to tell the useless mealtemple staff my address than it would have taken me to call and order the restaraunt and order directly. Absolutley pathetic they have not fixed these problems yet. This business would have failed in pretty much any other country in the world. Will never use again.
Good App but delivery sucks !!! Delivery man takes too long to deliver (> 1 hour) & cannot speak simple foreign languages (It is like chicken talking to a duck). Worst still, no App notification on the status of the food delivery. I give one star not because it entitle to it, as this is the lowest I can select. I'm hoping no one die of hunger using this App :((
This app is sooooo slow, and each time you enter a restaurant and go back to the menu, you have to reenter the filters..
The app is so slow then the customer service is not professional plus the app is having a Hidden cost when they call to confirm the delivery address. There's no transparency in the app, so bad..... Will NVR ever install this app again.
I ordered the food twice and they say they can't deliver the food on time due to lacks of drivers. Not recommended.
App doesn't work most of the time. Loading wheel spins but restaurant options never load. Recommend they support their app better or purchase more server capacity or something.
I cant find my favorite restaurant even when I search it by name. I called the restautant and they told me this is a common problem and meal temple does nothing about it.
Yesterday, wrong meal delivered and no answer to my complaint Sudden email (which I did not read until later, why no phone call) saying my (replacement meal) was delivered could I please meet the driver in the lobby. I was out at a restaurant buying dinner.... and no answer to this email. This morning, ordered meal and 45 minutes later, when meal was supposed to be delivered they called and told me they could not deliver because the restaurant was not open. E-gets actually delivers my food!
worst service. we ordered but they would call 45 minutes after order and then ask if we would like to order and the food will come 45 minutes later.
This app does not even work. Even the search function does not work. Should make sure it work before put here.

Best app ever
App just doesn't work. Even after more than a year it won't work. I can't place orders, 9 times out of 10 I start a new order and get a notice that I can't add items from different restaurants and it almost never understands hotel addresses. I almost always have to resort to placing on order through their website via my computer. If Uber Eats ever gets set up in Phnom Penh this app will be dead in less than a week.
This app is slow. The delivery kilometres detail isn't correct as it show. Slow responsibility. Would not recommend for using this app.
Slow app. Layout not the best. And sometimes the orders don't go through properly. Twice this month I've waited 2 hours before calling in, in which they placed the order then. Overall not reliable. Would not recommend
Shockingly poor customer service. First order took an hour, 5 emails and never arrived. Uninstalling immediately. NHAM24 is so much better.
The user interface is slow, takes ages to load. The last 4 times we have tried to order, they say the restaurant is not picking up the phone, so order cancelled. Why not remove the restaurant from the listings instead of wasting our time ?
The app doesn't connect to phone's GPS so you have to reenter your location each time. Also, it re-launches the app every time you close the screen for any reason, but items already selected remain in the cart.
