App often crashes or won't open, even after updates are current. Transactions post late. I've tried to use Zelle and it tells me my bank app has it directly in it but it doesn't seem to.

On my other phone it was perfect loved it but got a new phone and it will not let me open it shows real quick message and disappears super fast I've changed everything in settings but still won't open very disappointing 😥

App completely stopped working after the last update. It just hangs on a white screen and then crashes.

Works but needs high contrast background for picture deposit of check. Does not save password which may be safer but makes app difficult to use.

App logged me out and won't let me sign back in saying only, "To use mobile banking, please set up online banking security options." This has to be a bug?? I've used this app flawlessly for months what's happened?

Awful. IT NEVER WORKS!!! The old ME bank app was awesome, a few years ago. Now I have to call or physically go in. So what's the point of advertising you have a mobile app if it stinks!! At a BANK no less! That charges for everything! And has the highest overdraft fee anywhere! Almost 35 bucks per transaction. I asked them to set me up with notifications when I get down to 100 dollars. Never happened. Changing banks. Period.

Since last update I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times!! App won't even open -- automatically closes itself!? It worked just fine BEFORE the update... PLEASE FIX!!

Works great on 1 of my phones but won't even open on my Galaxy A phone. I was told by the bank that the problem was being worked on and to just keep trying to uninstall and reinstall it. When it's fixed I will be happy to give it a 5 star review again.

This app is pretty useful but it frequently freezes on the home screen and won't allow me to view the details of my transactions or make a deposit. It doesn't do it all the time, but it's usually a period of several days before the issue resolves itself, and deleting/redownloading has never helped. When it's working (85-90% of the time), it's great!

This app is truly awful. There have been numerous times that it crashes and won't open back up for a week or so. Now it's not opening for me at all since the update. I understand that it's not the banks fault it's the app itself, however if they really cared they would switch platforms. I need to be able to check my account balance at anytime. I will be switching banks soon and only because of how inconvenient and unusable this app is.

Love how I can view all information and transfer money from each account. Definitely worth 5 stars!

I've never had an issue with the app. I can easily use my fingerprint (on my Lg, not even an expensive phone it was 100 dollars) and it works perfect. I do have to type my password for transfers but that means my money is safe! very easy to use. my money does take a day or two to go through but thats not the apps fault, thats the buisness I shopped at and my bank. not the app. never crashes for me, never freezes. perfect!!

Ever since the last update, every time I open the app it crashes out on me (Android) needs to be fixed ASAP, I've uninstalled and reinstalled 4 different times and still terrible

not as easy to navigate as most. Finding the alerts is a pain, I do like the instant balance though.

Nice 2 be able 2 deposit checks without going 2 a bank. Makes it convient for us who r not mobile at times 2 get 2 bank

App does not work on android anymore after recent update 😞

App won't open at all after Android 12 update. Previous to this the app worked great. Update : After another Android 12 security update this app works again. I can log in and the app actually opens and works as normal. Not sure if it's something the developers did or if it's because of the android security update but glad it's working again.

Offten won't let you type your password. Nothing on the main menu will activate when clicked on. The app will work for like 3 weeks then go 3-5 days where it does that thing where it won't work. Also there should be an option to add notes next to/or somewhere to say what a transaction is because sometimes it's a code and random numbers and would be convenient if you could click and see what it was actually for rather than trying to remember what names mean what.

App works again. Happy to have functionality back.

After the update this morning it will not work. FIX IT!!!!!

I dont like that it doesnt show each balance after each transaction, but it is efficient once you get used to the interface. I had to call and have all my accounts linked after Farmers&Merchants bought my original bank, but once i got that taken care of, it works fine.

I can't get in to (re)enroll even after 2× reinstalling this app to insure it's the most updated version. So 3× all I got was that check your connection message plus once it just spun for at least a full minute until i clicked it to close off of my screen . Between this & the automated phone line issues it is bad for business for this much needed Banking company's system .

I have had to disable my app and reinstall twice this week because it says error call for assistance. It seems like everytime their is an update I get locked out. I wish there did not have to be updates. It's very irritating.

It was working fine until the update. Now it keeps crashing on me. Please fix. ASAP

This app has turned into trash. Since the app updated I'm no longer able to login to my account I've tried uninstalling the app several times and reinstalling it but it still doesn't work. What use is a banking app that doesn't work please fix this issue
