Nothing but problems. Major issues connecting. Got a new phone. Google 10+ now the mebo is totally unusable. Total waste of money. Tried to use the support page but the words cut off. They don't wrap around so all you can see is the same bs that is included in the manual and the 3 steps that the app tells you to do. Wifi connects to mebo2.0 but the app won't detect the mebo2.0 itself. Will never purchase skyrocket product again.
I can't connect. It keeps going back to the set up screen no matter what I do. It would be cool to actually use it since I paid $70 for it on sale! Please fix this issue. I've reset it and it still goes back to the set up wifi screen and does it over and over again!!
I refuse to ever purchase a skyrocket product again. The original Mebo was great and then they completely abandoned it. So I purchase the 2.0 used it for a few months forgot about it. Decide to use it today and come to find out it's no longer supported either.
So, I wasn't able to get it to work on my s9+, but once I found my old s7 edge, it connected fine. Maybe update the app for newer devices. Good thing I'm a bit of a packrat.
The actual robot and app are amazing, but the only problem is that it only works on older dives, it works on the androids 4-8. It just needs a software update and everything will ne even more perfect. 🐱
Along with experiencing the other connection issues, the developers have taken down the 1.0 version, making all older robots useless. I hope they add it back.
Works but you have to use an older Android phone. It did not work with a Note 10+ (connected to Mebo through Wi-Fi but the app would not detect that i was connected) but it worked a Galaxy S7 Edge
Could not connect to the robot, even after resetting and doing all the troubleshooting. Going to try to download on my older tablet since it seems to work on old android versions from what I gather reading other reviews.
this app takes forever to set up ,and is impossible to use. You can only go to 2 screens when setting up and takes hours to even figure out. I only gave it one star because I had to post at least something
not able to use on s10+. Can't even download the app. Decided to play with my mebo with new phone connections issues, then decided to uninstall app tried to reinstall unable to. Now back to OLD s5
Planned obsolescence is garbage. This type of thing is only going to get worse in the future and our landfills don't need more useless plastic waste in them. Either release the source code or update the app.
App doesnt seem to Work on Andriod 9. probably a permissions change. Had to use older andriod Noug to get it to work. So my old cheap prepaid phone works, not my $700 Pixel 3 XL.. How about a software update? only been 3 years.
unfortunately doesn't work on the latest devices. luckily I have a really old iPod that works. Please update app to work on newer devices. ie Pixel 2 or 3
To anyone reading this, and you have a newer phone or tablet. It will not connect, If you do have a older device, it will connect fine
This only works on older android devices and software the the other 2 stars are how well designed the robot is, its amazingly designed but they gotta update the app to work on newer devices.
THIS IS THE STUPIDEST APP EVER!! ACTS LIKE IT DOESN'T WORK WITH NEW DEVICES! I CONNECT TO THE MEBO2 WIFI AND COME BACK TO THE APP BIT STILL DOESN'T WORK. WHY DID YOU RELEASE A DUMB ROBOT IF YOU DIDN'T UPDATE THE APP FOR 4 YEARS! 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
They took down the app for the first one and this one doesn't work for original mebo Wich I gave to my sister and she was so happy and is now upset because it doesn't work.
Mebo isn't working anymore! After resetting several times and followi g the instructions, installing and uninstalling several times, IT WON'T WORK!
I need help, i have a mebo 1.0, but cant find the old app. I thought that maybe this would be compatible with 1.0 but i was wrong, please help me
Great robot great app just the camera is a little glitched and it needs to work with the first mebo. I have the mebo 2.0 but i would like the old one too but there is no app for it so o well

It worked well for about a year and now the app will no longer connect to Mebo 2.0 I tried everything and nothing worked
Good for the first 10 times than app crashes and it wont work and I've tried everyrhing.
I wanna know why and what happend to the original mebo app it's not cool to just make it disappear some people actually still have the old mebo. And this mebo isn't good at all actually also reply please I want to use my robot again for fun

Please fix the connectivity issue for S9 and all devices that use Android Pie.
I only played with this thing twice and I can't ever use it again because this app just doesn't work I have a really strong connection and mebo works just fine. I've followed every step multiple times and entered the correct password multiple times I've chosen the correct Wi-Fi connection multiple times but it just doesn't work please update your app it's terrible.
