MEC Multiple Exposure Camera

Taking gorgeous photos using long exposure technique with big DSLR cameras and ND lens maybe fun, but you can achieve more or less the same with just your mobile photo and MEC Multiple Exposure Camera!
MEC Multiple Exposure Camera enables you to shoot photos in intervals and then combine them to mimic the effect of multiple exposure / long exposure. Refer to the photos here for some samples of what you can do with MEC Multiple Exposure Camera. e.g. ghost photo, calm sea, smoothened waterfall, reducing noise under low light condition (Night shooting)...

MEC Multiple Exposure Camera can now blend photos from gallery too! You have the option to shoot photos and have them blended together, or to blend photos which you have previously taken.

- Interval shooting
- Long exposure
- Multiple exposure
- Noise reduction
- Night shooting
- Blend multiple photos

Nexus 5 was used in taking the sample photos

*
* Note: Ensure your mobile stands still before shooting. Fix it on a tripod, lean on wall/window/etc, or make your own a simple mobile stand with instruction available at https://www.facebook.com/conslazy. Same logic as you have to fix your DSLR camera for shooting any long exposure photos, or very likely you cannot get a sharp image by hand-holding the camera.

*
* App crashed? Try killing all camera applications, or even reboot your mobile, then start MEC again. Still not working? Email us at [email protected] and we will help.

*
* "~0s" interval doesn't work? Try with "3s" for the time being. This will be enhanced in a future release

============================================More photos and tips at https://www.facebook.com/conslazyYou can also find a card-size mobile stand there too.

Enjoy easy long/multiple exposure shooting. =)

Excellent app for image averaging and getting long exposure shots without filters etc. My only issue is that I have 3 cameras (1 wide angled, 1 selfie, 1 regular) on my LG V20 phone like most new phones and it doesn't let me choose the third camera. I have bought the ad free and the high res plugin. I hope the developer adds support for my third camera. UPDATE: suddenly while importing it says photo size is 0 for all files. I have taken a refund.

I like this app a lot. It's a shame the developer doesn't update it with a nicer interface. Something that's not his clunky. I love that they're trying to do something a little different and creative.

The app is probably the best in terms of long exposure photos apps, but it keeps crashing at ~0s and actually this time between photos is essential for me. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Uninstalled this over a year ago because of the same reason. Saw that people have been getting some replies. So i figured id give it another shot... again disappointed!

Interesting, but useless for me unless you will add a AUTO ALIGN feature, as you have in Photoshop. If you do, I'll buy it

Does not appear function correctly on newer devices and developers are unresponsive to queries for assistance

Can you do in the next update wide 15.5M 5248x2952 and 8M wide 3840x2160 resolution? And focus options...infinity focus, focus lock...for every picture. (Xperia Z3 Compact)

UI is not that great

Sad, that import doesn't work on jb. Also, missing the ISO settings, and manual exposure seems not to be working for me (I think it has something to do with the scenes). The last thing, I can't select my memory card, and it saves photos in my phone... Other than that, it would be a great app.

I request the developer to add post editing feature bcoz as of now if we are shooting we are forced to wait till the image is processed. This makes me miss the shots. In the field I would just like to shoot and want editing options weather I want the final image processing to be done just after shooting or later when I am back home this will make the app much more powerful. Also add white balance icons rather than 1234 as its difficult to remember. Exposure - /+ should be added of 0.3 /0.7 between each f/no

The only setting I would have used (0 secs) crashes the app. So *unistall*

0 sec. crashes after captured

Cat. W. May 22, 2015

Exactly what I needed! The only android app I could find that will capture and blend multiple still shots with a selection of blending modes. Would be better to have better explanation of blending options. Can't work out what the icons are supposed to represent. Works fine on samsung note 12.2.

Wish it was a little better when it came to night time exposure. But devs are responding to complaints and fixing problems which is hard to find in an app nowa days

Can only shoot new images and not use gallery.

Too Cool and its fast! You must try it guys promise! I'm not joking!! Faster

Vin. T. Mar 13, 2015

Easy to use. All you need is a scenic view to capture!

Tev. Ç. D. Mar 6, 2015

Very simple usage and explanation of the result process. Can be perfect with front cam option

Gra. U. Apr 27, 2017

Okay so it takes like 2 second to take each picture and doesn't compensate for shaking when taking them. this makes it pretty much useless.

Jay. C. Apr 10, 2015

App lags a LOT. Doesn't work as said (images provably faked or photo shopped). Uninstalled

Mec. 1. Jun 18, 2015

Crashed every time when attempting to take a photo.

Kar. V. Feb 2, 2017

Crappy app. It crashed. It shows notifications, which do nothing when tapped. Produces low-res photos.

chr. m. Apr 10, 2015

Tried 3 times after install and it closed all 3 times. Uninstalled.

I like it you should try

Yes. Its multi exposure camera. It capture number of photos and combine it to a single photo. But it's not as long exposure photo shoot.
