This game is amazing!! It reminds me of Thandor. The graphics are cute, the sound effects are solid (although the laser could be louder) and the controls are amazing for a touchscreen game!! I only hope that there will be multiplayer battles in the future and maybe 2 resources instead of just 1?? Very solid RTS game for Android, definitely the best one I've played on my mobile so far!!
Fun but frustrating functionality. I like playing the game, but the problem is if you pause and do anything else on your phone even for less than 30 seconds, when you go back into the game it has reverted back to the planet map screen and you've lost all your progress on your specific mission. There's no way to pause and ensure that it will resume in the mission, and there's no way to save your progress in the mission. It's a super waste of time.
its an ok game, i feel like it could be so much more. the lack of units is a big bummer and makes the game feel really repetative when you can only win in one basic way, the upgade system is kinda lack luster and doesnt make me prioritize any one thing, the building and base taking is clunky imo but this come from lots of other rts games influencing me, i only played into maybe 20% of the story but that was all i wanted to play, nothing made me wanna come back and see more of the game.
Positively the best rts on mobile. I don't mean that it's the next age of empires or star craft. I mean that it does the best job taking advantage of the benefits and challenges of the mobile platform. I have played all 3 and each has been progressively better. This one is my favorite and is absolutely worth picking up.
Fun as all heck. Simple and easy yet frenetic and challenging. Herzog Zwei for the Sega Genesis is what I've been looking for and this is the closest game I could find like it.If there was different vehicles, landscapes with water so boats can be used in tandem with land forces... rivers maybe. New defensive buildings... my friend's sandwich hurts. I gotta go... thanks!
As some others have noted, game starts out fun and easy. I beat all the "easy" mode games on the first try. I beat the first "normal" mode game on two tries. Then the second normal mode game was seemingly impossible for me. Some people have said that the AI gets smarter after each win or loss, so if you surrender a game it still causes the AI to ratchet up the difficulty. The normal game that I kept losing the AI had mined 4-5x more minerals than me even though I controlled 3 mineral fields and had 5 refineries. They had an almost endless stream of mechs attacking my main base, there was no way I could counter. Also, one of their mechs could take out 2 of mine. I did have upgraded units and a mix of mechs, it didn't matter, they barreled right through my turrets even when assisted by my mechs and they kept coming faster than I could repair or build more mechs. I've played StarCraft and Warcraft without issue, but either I am missing something or this game's difficulty is too high for the average user.
It's good, but not great. It's really good real time game (think a basic c&c). It could do with a little more depth or variety between the three factions which are basically all the same. So how you win becomes the same for every level etc. However, still a good game and would recommend.
Little disappointed in it. The game is well thought out in terms of making it playable on a touchscreen. That said the balance is way off and heavily favours the AI. Pretty much to the point of being unplayable half way through each campaign.
Awesome game and SO refreshing to play without a stream of ads or in app purchases. This job has left me conflicted as the base game is absolutely perfect buuuuuut....it is a very small game without much advancement in terms of unlocking more units/technologies/materials/ research. I NEED MORE POSSIBILITIES. That being said if you want a small game that brings back memories of games like command and conquer or dune, then gice this a shot#
Really minimalistic RTS game. Wish it had more stuff. progress'ish pseudo-campaig mode) stage runs from it. The game is kinda bad at explaining itself. It's winnable on Hard just be sure to finish all or most Normal stages, and then after many beatings you just unconciously build Refinery + Factory at first and then up economy while constantly harassing theirs and getting 3 Factories total later on to speed up unit production. Have the game with Play Pass but I can say it's worth the 2€.
Few units, difficult controls. The idea of choosing between campaign levels that reward increased starting money or tech points is fun though. But the tech tree is uninteresting.
This game is not just good, it has incredible potential. I hope its really early into development because it is solid as is and it would be so easy to add some really neat stuff onto it. i have some suggestions id like to make on say... a discord server But yes this is a reall good rts style game. solid gameplay, very pleasing graphics, an easy to understand unit customization system, it has alot of the qualities of a great single player mobile rts
the game is good all in all, though I've only played it once, the graphicsand concept is great, but I have this problem where the display screen is not working, I'd apreciate it if you fix it for I have gotten addicted in the game (even though I only played once) But can't even start the game because it's not there, I hope you fix this, thankyou
Super addicting game! Only issue I have is the limit on tech... You can only upgrade so far until you get everything. Perhaps design each faction with special skills and add more for conquest. All the worlds start to look the same after a bit...
A game with potential to be fun however they need to sort out the learning curve. The easy missions are so easy it is boring and almost impossible to loose and difficult mission are the exact opposite. I had no medium difficulty missions and I just found gap way to big.
Very good but decent Very good as in visual and such, but difficulty and progression was a bit lackluster. Content is decent with a few planets/map themes. Else wish combat was better too, right now it just feels like being stormed and turrets is a replacement feature of something the game lacks.
The difficulty is ridiculously hard, even on easy. Wouldn't be a problem if mines didn't reduce what miners bring back after a while, that would fix every problem. Except how this game gets old after about half an hour. I got it for free and still feel ripped off somehow.
Still an amazing game, ive played all 3 and years later they still present a challenge i cant get anywhere else on mobile.. Id like to see a campaign or missions added to a future title to really bring it to life, I hate to compare a mobile game to StarCraft or MechCommander in the RTS department but this game series has real potential for someone who enjoys simple RTS games.
Simple, yet hard. Perfect rts in my opinion, i would highly recommend to anyone. Tried it for the first time with no tutorial and had no problem traversing through the map or engaging with enemy mech. Worth the 99 cents
Great game! Just wish there was some sort of way to save or suspend a game. A lot of times I'll get one going and have to put it down soon after. Great mechanics, great gameplay, just wish it could save!
Buy this! This is legitimately a great RTS. It's worth more than it is priced at, especially now adays when microtransactions are prevalent. If you are on the fence at all about purchasing this game, do it! I've gotten tons of enjoyment from this and will be a lifelong customer of their content.
terrible terrible terrible. controls are so basic, and yet glitchy. way too difficult, doesn't provide ANY strategy in tutorial... units can get stuck against things, so careful where placing factories... obviously the devs aren't actually updating their apps... probably going to get a refund... disappointing.
Love it so far. Only 3 stars because it doesn't have a multiplayer system, The game didn't give me much opportunity to really play it before asking me to rate and since it costs money to download I do expect a little more from it. After more in depth play I'm quite sure I will update my rating to 5 stars however. If you loved starcraft and ever wished they made a mobile game similar to starcraft this is definitely that game and is well worth the money. No in game ads or purchases!
Solid game. Reminds me of a simple Starcraft game with Terrans. Game doesn't indicate when base is depleted of minerals. Expansions too hard to defend. At the end of the game you can view the amount of resources the enemy acquired and it seems inpossible for them to do it legitimately. Unit skins aren't distinct enough to know what units you're fighting. Higher tech costs more resources and time before you face unending enemy waves while you run out of resources. Ran into wall eventually.
