5-stars. I've had my account for almost 8 months now. very impressed with the service. deposits has been on time. money is secure. love the fingerprint login. keep up the good work MECU.

Love the quick balance feature. The transfer feature is awesome! No unnecessary going to a branch.

I hate this ap. Hate. Despise. I have never had a banking ap so awnry. And on the password reset page, it asks you to fill in user name but there's no spot for that which is just lazy editing.

It's great. Very Convient. I would like to see the ability to do FI to FI services available on the ap in the future.

This app is garbage. I tried several times to log in to my account from this app and kept getting errors for every entry. GARBAGE!

Awesome Security protocol. Has everything for Banking needs. Im very comfortable & confident using this app. for banking needs. MECU saves time. Thanks.

If I use multiple devices that I own to log into my accounts; I get locked out of my accouts frequently then have to called to get account unlocked. This is Annoying!

My only thing is that every time I want to us mobile deposit it's unable for me to use it at this time. And I've been with this bank a while now and this option has never worked for me.

I really wish it would allow me to schedule transfers in the app. I have to log into the site to do that. But otherwise it's fine.

It has given me the information I need asap without waiting on paperwork, ots very convientant and very useful

I love this credit Union and the people who serve here they are a great bunch of people who treat their customer wonderfully I've been banking with them for 20 some odd years And I give them 10 Stars
