MECU Mobile Banking

Mobile deposit is super glitchy, took a few attempts and the camera would take 20-30 seconds to finish taking the picture after pressingthe button. I've never seen a requirement to write such a long statement on the back of the check for mobile deposit. PNC nor Chase. The More button in the upper right corner, when there is also a Menu button in the upper left, doesn't make sense. I would suggest fixing mobile deposit and reconfiguring the menu system so it's logical. Color scheme is nice.

Don't bother with the app if you have more than one mobile deposit to submit. Every time I submit one the camera can't focus. I know it's the app, not the phone because if i flip back to the regular camera it's fine. The only way I can complete more than one deposit is to uninstall and reinstall the app for each deposit to focus.

Andigo is the best CU ever! But to those having problems with check deposit, I've found 2 solutions (Pixel/Pie): 1) when you see the fuzzy image, click the power button to enter sleep, then wake with fingerprint and the image will be in focus. 2) use an external macro lens, or a regular handheld magnifying glass to bring the image into focus. Hopefully there will be an update to fix this problem soon. (For some reason, it works fine with Motorola phones.)

I've been using this app for many years. It was recently broken. Initial login works, but coming back a day later sometimes results in misleading "network connectivity" errors. Wiping the app's data allows you to get back in, but requires a wasteful fresh 2 step authentication and device registration.

App no longer works for me on Android. Works first time after install and login, but any subsequent login times out 100% and never works. Only way to make the app work is to Uninstall, reinstall, and setup login all over again, then it will work 1 time and then break again. This happens consistently on multiple Android devices. iOS app and website are fine. This is an issue with the android app. Please fix.

Same camera symptom as Sam mentions below with original Pixel running Pie, prevents mobile check deposit. Worked once on 1st check then wasted 1 hour trying to get next check to work. VERY frustrated. Camera working fine outside app. Within app, no auto focus, no flash and very dark... then one time in one hundred I got it to focus and flash. For debug: I think i may have let the screen saver time elapse, go black, then unlock screen while still in check capture screen to 1:100 work!!

This is stuck in 2013. It's a glorified mobile Website. Transferring money to and from other external accounts is a joke. It functions fine usually, but the user interface is dated and clunky. Update: can't log in, doesn't work anymore. No update in months

Installed, activated and uninstalled this app 6 times on a Samsung Galaxy S8. App does not work. Login to the website works fine on a PC, but fails with no popups or messages after as long as 60 min. Too bad Andigo ignores all the bad ratings about this flawed app. I'm already moving money to another financial institution.

12-7-20 : app still takes either forever to log on or doesn't log on or says error or no connection -_- this is seriously annoying . I'm ready to switch banks. App. Does not work anymore. How am I suppose to deposit my check if I can't even get into the app. !!!!!!

Mobile deposit used to work fine but something changed recently and now the check image is dark and cannot be accepted. I have used this multiple times per week withot issue, using the same backgtound surface and lighting until recently when it stopped working. Andigo customer service has not been helpful. Tried multiple mobile devices. It no longer works on Nexxus 7 or Pixel, but I installed the app on a Galaxy S7 and the mobile check deposit works on that device without issue.

Would be nice if you didn't have to pay to see a check image or if it told you the interest percent on each account. Haven't had the accounts open that long so maybe that's a feature that gets populated after the accounts have been open for more than 1 billing cycle? Would also be nice if it showed the routing number inside the app too

This app has turned into useless trash as no one seems to be able to log in. Constant fight for it to work and no one seems to care enough to fix it.

I've been using this app for about 5 years now and it's always improving. The app has come a long way and I really love the simplicity of it. It makes banking easy and secure. The next change I'd like to see is account alerts.

This app has been broken for at least a few months. It hangs on login and tells you it's your internet connection. I've emailed and tweeted. Nobody seems to care. I'm finding a new bank soon if this isn't fixed. Still broken after the most recent update. 🤬

Seriously...what is wrong with this app? It is utter trash. The app refuses to load when I attempt to log in. Just says taking longer than expected every time...I have to un-install and re-download the app...ridiculous.

I agree with the others, nothing but problems with this app. The rep suggested that I Uninstall the app then install it back, did that still doesn't work. Fed up and frustrated.

Constantly complains about network connectivity and is unable to connect to the server. This is regardless of wifi or mobile networks.

Sometimes I can log in with no problem. And some days I can't log in and it just keeps saying loading account. Never had problems like this when it was MECU.

The camera image for mobile deposit is now dark and out of focus, making it unusable. It worked fine until recently. Pixel 1 on Android Pie.

Very buggy.Doesnt open half the time. Network Connectivity Error: "Server cannot be reached at this time" error happens way too often.

After a recent update my mobile deposit image capture orientation is off my 90 degrees and not maintaining the original aspect ratio.

I have problems loading both the web site and app. Try again and they load with no changes on my side. Wish it could be more reliable

well was decent. but i upgraded phone and now it hangs on login spinning and not going to verify screen... i think this is because of android 9

App has become very buggy. I have to uninstall and install each time I want access. App satisfaction is going the wrong direction.

Like many others, im having the issue where I get stuck on the login loading screen. Website works just fine but the app won't let me login
