I am a long time fan of MedHelper and have recommended it to others. I think I may have discovered a bug in v. 3.1.1. If I go into the Med Log and attempt to change the time taken by the hamburger menu, it doesn't seem to change to entries. I can change them individually but not via the hamburger menu. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong?
I have been using this app for years and would give it 5 stars except I can no longer email the lists. I keep getting an error message saying to check my SD card. I have tried on two different phones with the same problem. How is this fixed?
This app provides absolutely no support at all. Trying to contact the company for support is futile in the extreme. There seems to be not means of transfering data to a new device. The only method I have found to get all of the data on a new device is to enter it all again manually.
I love the fact that you can set up multiple timers to take meds that are scheduled and meds that aren't scheduled such as take as needed. I wish the app would alarm me when my inventory is low. It does change color but an alarm would be nice.
I've used this app for years & has always been good. Haven't used the reminder/play sound for awhile though. Just discovered that this function is not working properly on both my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge & S9 Plus. Would be great help if this were fixed.
Great app with no fancy modern UI but it searved me very well so far with the completely free version! It has a lot of interesting extra capabilities that I didn't even think of and non-intrusive ads.
Used to be a great help to me, but lately the reminder doesn't sound unless the screen is on, and will sound again when I open the app. Caused more than a few late doses.
Comprehensive but complicated. If you take meds regularly this app will definitely help. For folks who only get a prescription for a run of antibiotics once a year, the complexity of setting up reminders in this app is annoying.
The unit works well. One exception, the clock always run slow. Is that an indication the battery needs replacing? Or is it something else?
Have been using this app faithfully for the last several years, but since the last update it is completely useless. It crashes immediately upon opening it. I've had to install another med app.
I've been using this app for years. Dare not think what might have happened to me if I hadn't. Totally reliable. It has lots of other features I don't use but I am sure they would be useful for others. I tried lots of alternatives in the beginning but this app has been brilliant from the start. Highly recommended.
This is a great program I have the pro without ads and had a new phone and cannot find it in Google play so had to have the one with ads witch is bad because I paid for the Pro so now I have gone off it I think Google pay is controlling this if this is the case I will go for Huawei p40 without Google pay
App has the features that I want but I cannot set any dates. Tapping the date box causes the app to stop. I reported it and it was told that they could not reproduce the problem with their test devices. Apparently their test devices do not include a BLU R1 HD running Android 6. I tried the usual solutions, rebooting, reinstalling, etc. Nothing helped. It does work on my old Galaxy Tab 8 running Android 4.4, but that's not useful for me.
