To access MED5 FCU Mobile App you will need to be a current member and must sign on to E*Teller by visiting www.med5fcu.com, Click on E*Teller Online App, E*Teller and follow steps from there. Cannot log in. Have changed my password at the union twice already due to failed login attempts. After changing my password the app will accept the change but then tell me the password is wrong and I'll have to repeat the process. The app is great - when it works.
It works okay and does what I need it too, however it does have periods of time where it will not allow me to login. The only way to fix it is to uninstall the app and reload onto my phone.
It's time to update this app. It no longer works for my Samsung Galaxy 9 as of today.

One of those apps that always seems to work until you really need it to.
Great app except it no longer lets me transfer money from one account to another
Easy and quick to use.
Buffers for almost a full minute before it pulls up the information. Then, the most current you can get is 1-2 months earlier. Need to uninstall and install again. It will work once or twice then do the same thing. Extremely frustrating. Update 10/3. They updated their app. It still takes a long time to pull up your account. Sometimes it pulls up information from the previous month and you do not have the ability to bring it to the current date.
