Downloaded in June and had no issues at all. Suddenly this week, the app fully logs me out every time I close the app, it runs very slow & takes about 7 minutes to get from the company part to the EID part for log in and takes me to the web version which I absolutely cannot stand on my phone. Why would I download an app in order to view what I can view on my browser? Is there anything that has changed with the app recently? I've uninstalled and installed the app 3 times but nothing changes.
Used to work on I phone well , but doesn't work on my android S10+. Experiencing exactly same issues as other users mentioned here . Have send a mail to support but haven't received a reply, uninstalled for now and will wait to see if there is any update by fixing these issues . Was very useful app , probably only on IOS ..
Medallia3 works - let's me log in. It then forces me to download this which doesn't work at all. Screen is unresponsive - can initially type but can't tap anything. If I minimize the keyboard, I can't bring it back up because nothing on screen responds to taps.
For some reason it wont let me navigate to the other pages. Other options not responding when u touch them. Cant even scroll down. Like the page is stuck to the main one. Should be a negative star if I could rate it. Please fix it.
Been using the app for a while now. Now it will not let me on after i put user name it stays frozen on the next screen where you choose the dealership. unistalled app several times and reinstalled not working. My phone not a new phone the app was working this morning not anymore
Garbage, just insist that youd download medalia 3 app. Even though i had zero issues with it until the update. And the medallia 3 is almost as bad except at least it doesn't tell you you have to download another app.
Sorry to write this, past one week my experience is very disappointed. Downloaded Medallia Mobile 3 too. But still this app shows download and unable to access. Only view. Can you rectify this issue at the earliest. we don't understand why few apps are releasing very failure apps after successful apps. ðŸ˜
after the last update, it will only access the desktop version and not the mobile version. this does not allow for checking it on the fly.
I downloaded this version because the older version stopped opening even after reinstalling. This version won't even recognoze the company name so I keep getting kicked out before being able to see anything at all.
They broke their own app. The app will not let me interact. I have uninstalled the app and tried again and it wont even let me sign in. Garbage. Time to get my company to switch to someone else. If i could give this app zero stars I would.
Keeps on kicking me out requiring to log in via the lobby. It's annoying when each time you get a new push notification it will open for a few seconds then kick you out 😕
it crashes a lot, force me sign out and takes a while to sign in again and it should remember my filters not every time I have to insert it again and also takes a while to load
it keeps on opening the brower page. please fix the bugs. As it is an important tool for a lot of people.
It worked ok for awhile now it constantly sends me through the lobby to log in.. today it has started showing me reviews from months ago but with today's date and then the circle just sits there and spins!! Quite annoying
I don't receive push notifications from this app on my Galaxy S10. I've checked all settings, etc.. with no luck.
I 've downloaded the app many times and I only get the full version of the website, not the mobile version. I've tried both medallia 2 and 3 and the same thing happens
It's disappointing to see that you cannot check rankings properly as it's showing complitly nonsense and I just got a new phone, fix it asap!
Not working in J4 Samsung Galaxy since April. I have approx 50 J4 Samsung mobile & all the mobile it is stopped working after April update. raised complaints but no response from medallia team worst support. not happy at all.
I used to receive push notifications, but I guess the app has been updated & it doesn't do it anymore. Can you please fix it?
App is not working keeps saying it is having error problems determining what app im using...and shows the medallia 2 App or medallia voices..which i only have medallia 2 on my phone not the other
latest update messed everything up! How do I get my alerts to work on the phone like they did before? I sent 2 emails asking for help but no response
Never get any notification for new guest review. It gets log out automatically. Log in process is so long. Not recommended.
It was working fine until last week but now it gets me out of the App automatically whenever I enter. Cant access Anymore.
uninstalling, first had login issues, now it wont go out of browser mode after login. if i wanted to see the web version i would use chrome.
crashes every time , been this way for months. marriott should find another company for this service. waste of money for a product that does nothing

Both this app and Medallia Mobile 3 are disappointing. There is always a lag when trying to log onto either. I must view Guest Voice via browser instead of through the app. Constant lag problems when signing in or going from page to page. For this to be the upgrade, I do seem to get a little further on the older version. However, it is on the web browser. Unsure of where everything went wrong, but this was once a better app.
