I updated the app to newest version, & now it won't work at all. It keeps telling me I logged into a previous app & asking if I'd like to use the same login, then it crashes.
Very bad login experience - the app cannot be used at all. I have downloaded this app for at 3 months and encountered just once update of it. However, log-in issue keeps existing when using the app - will be simply stacked on the password inputing step after the fingerprint recognied. This has made the app unable to be used at all. I am using SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 10+ and i dont think this problem should happen. Pls solve the issue asap. Thanks.
Got the app for work. It's only a white screen. Closed it and opened the app numerous times and all I get is the same white screen. Uninstalling
Not optimized for Android. Not everyone has/likes iPhone. Medallia team should do a better job, this app is used by top companies.
It needs a email template for those that score a positive rating or gives positive feedback. A thank you or an appreciation email..
Can't log in to the apps, keep saying something went wrong, I retry every 10 minutes keep saying error. Pls fix it asap.
Terrible, unreliable and buggy Won't show notifications sometimes and can't reply thru the app for some reviews
A complete disaster. From the previous and very well working version, not one thing has improved, but all got actually worse. You have removed the hotel ranking, scorecards cannot be set up properly and all looks very confusing and ugly to look at. It lags every time there is a pop uo notification, so you need to refresh. Please give us the previous version back!!!
App doesn't display "Dashboard" function so I cannot view any percentages or metrics.
Keeps getting signed out and doesn't allow you to sign in to access your dashboard. one of the most frustrating apps out there
App is crashing automatically the moment we open. Please help.
Won't work at all. It just constantly tries to refresh on the home screen. If it manages to load anything, most of the time it'll refresh again before you can click on anything. Even if you manage to click on anything it kicks you back to the home screen and refreshes. Tried reinstalling, didn't fix anything.
Both this app and Medallia Mobile 2 (its upgrade) are disappointing. There is always a lag when trying to log onto either. I must view Guest Voice via browser instead of through the app. Constant lag problems when signing in or going from page to page. Unsure of where everything went wrong, but I know this was once a better app.
Doesn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still doesn't work. You need to fix this!!
Login failed. Ally other logins work with my sso. Medallia keeps saying failed SAML authentication failed on the IDP side. I have uninstalled all my apps and reinstalled them and it won't work!!!
Doesn't notify me when I have a response. Very frustrating because I have all of the settings correct but then I need to check it several times a day because it doesn't register when there is a new one.
I thought that a new one would improve on the old one. This is very basic and doesn't give you the cards of Medallia 2. You can't compare yourself to other hotels. I would still be using M2 if it hadn't quit working. Please fix it so I don't have to turn the notification settings on EVERY time I open the app. The updates are NOT new anymore and yet I have to skip them EVERY TIME I open the app.
Too many issues dealing with accounts - unable to swap between different accounts on my device, always assumes the first account is the one to log in with.
Why is it everytime I press the back button after reviewing a respondent, the screen showed an error message???. This is so frustrating
So instead of fixing the logout issue on 2, which for security reasons uses your fingerprint to be safe, you just remove the option to remain logged in at all?? While it may take more time to log in each time, the time out functionality is to protect data and ensure only approved users have access to this information. "
Doesn't save presets, also doesn't load time to complete and fix it right after mulligans hit like the website does

it constantly says that it is the wrong password. But it is definitely not the wrong password. Medallia mobile 2 was way better. This is ridiculous. This app is absolutely no help to managing my salt scores and surveys. I expect more and better from Hilton. I Can Only log in 1 out of 10 times. Deleting this app immediately.
The new update is not good. I try to access reviews daily and it kicks me out and shows me a review I've already read. It crashes a lot. And I can't set up reports the way I used to on the old app. I can't even get into my scorecard half the time. It needs a lot of work. Wish I could have the old version back...
Why the one star, let me count the ways. Medallia 2 was great but completely unusable now so instead we're stuck with this. To compare how 3 is unfavourable compared to 2..... -you can only respond to some reviews and not the most important ones -Only one dashboard option at a time (I liked seeing my YTD and MTD on one view - No ranker - You can't easily tell what portal the reviews have come from - It's slow to load - Constant error/retry flags - I've ran out of characters Change it back
Forced to change to the new one everytime I try to access the old one and it doesn't even work. The dashboard is always blank and it crashed every 2nd or 3rd time I access it. Do better! This is supposed to be a business app not candy crush.
Horrible support. I reported the issue last night that the app will nor open, it keeps saying something went wrong try later. This morning I received a reply from Medallia support asking me to provide screen shot of error , showing company and my user name. I did, then she comes back again asking for same info (Hanna) I provide twice then thrice and I never hear again. The issue hasn't been resolved. Now I understand why so many bad reviews. It took you 5 mths to reply app updates auto.
