MEDC - MyAccount

I can't view/download the invoice from my Samsung mobile (android 11). I used to do that normally from Huawei one (android 9).

Before I was paying easier using ONEIC and for more than an account at once. Now I can't add another account and when I want to make payment it asks me to wait for 30 minutes to process my payment before entering any card details. I prefer to pay manual via outlets.

Very bad experience due to inability to access to my account. Though I registered some time ago, but it keep saying error in signing in.

The app doesn't work on Android 11. I get message told me to update app to least version. When I open app in play store I didn't get any update for app !!!!

I have changed my account details but still old details appear like previous owner, address etc. In short poor app and it collapses all the time while being used.

Very basic functionalties, you cant see invoices only for payments and not user friendly. You need to do better than this. Pls chec OIFC app has better features than this app.

After showing MEDC logo, it shows a white background and then freeze. Not working! Please fix.

I am having a bad experience, I am trying to use this app but can't. Your call center was not helpful either , I don't know how to get through to you . I am a very unsatisfied customer who needs help. Thank you very much and God bless you.

Tried paying several times to no avail! It doesn't send you the OTP for one thing! Total waste of time!

App is good. Need to improve. No receipt after bill pay through App.Even no Email receipt. Finger login to be added.

You are the worse company in the technology and apps. I try to reset the password more than one year.

Bad app. First i have 2 villas. It means i have to open 2 accounts which is stupid. Secon i could not even register becase i am still waiting for 4 otp codes since yesterday. I am forced to delet it

I could register because it says you are already registered and I tried to login it says you are not registered.

Useless application.. I have 40 accounts how can I manage? Try to learn from diam they have a much better application
