Not responsive. No UX design. UI is worst. The worst app of the century. When screen orientation changes the app layout again reloads such that the UI data which user has entered all is lost. Please use Android architecture components while creating apps which includes MVVM, MVP etc. If you don't know how to use them please refer Google and YouTube. Or else you can take tuition from me🤪. Really dude I have struggled a lot while using this app. I am only referring to app UI not its services.

Its a good initative, but there is no use. I registered three complaints in three months.. None of them was solved and the status of all the complaints remains at first stage. If they don't want to look at the issues atleast, Why did they unnecessarily invested money on creating apps ?

how much ever you bring technology to use.there is no use. firstly the app itself is not working properly. secondly even if by chance it works there's no response from public representatives even after repeated complaints.

responded but late.. no need improvement in app we need improvement in the workers

What's the use of this app even we gave complaint about an unauthorized construction they came and looked into it but as the owner gave money they went back then what's the use of creating this app and encouraging corruption
