These alerts could include information when your debit card has been mailed, when your password to the portal/mobile app has been reset, card transaction denials, and more.
Your security is the number one priority for Medcom. We use pictures and passphrases, along with device identification and challenge questions to protect your information. None of your personal information is stored on your mobile device.

This app wprks very well. I very rarely have to provide a receipt or any info to receive approval. It has a link to the fsa store where everything has been preapproved.
The app use to work but now its saying "cannot validate certificate. Please make sure that the system date and time are correct". And it will not allow me to sign in. It is now a useless app.
App will not let me login, and says "service unavailable" when I type the correct login info. The website refuses to load so that I can submit a receipt for reimbursement.
It used to work but now it is saying that my system date is wrong. Called the help line but there is not an option for app support!
I love this app! It is very user friendly, and makes filing my reimbursement requests fun. The response time is awesome.
One of worst apps I have dealt with. It goes along with the company's customer service. I wish we had other options for our flex plan.

Won't even verify my employment so i cant use the app at all.
This company is terrible! They will tell you lies, saying you're not entitled to benefits but you clearly are. You can look up benefits on the IRS website. Don't accept no, go to your HR department!
Poorly designed, very disfunctional

Works well. Problem is when adding a receipt, you cannot edit or delete the receipt if it is the wrong one or unledgable.
So far it is ok but it won't upload a Word doc or PDF...seriously??? Had to do a screenshot just to submit it...
I've used this app for a year or more and had mostly excellent results. Easy-to-navigate and upload invoices directly from my LG phone. I have had occasional instances where I could not upload or log on, but they are very rare. If they occur the 1-800 customer service is superb I give it 4.5 stars if possible.

Constantly get msg that action to upload picture for receipt request is unavailable. What's the point in having the app if it doesn't work???
App is more helpful than customer service but then again I received better and kinder customer service from Comcast.
Convenient really easy to use.
Every time I try to upload a claim recipient, it just keeps loading!! Error message "try later"
Accounts never update.
I think this app is very user friendly and helpful when trying to get things done quickly. There are two things missing, a list of eligible expenses, and a note section for when you submit a receipt.
I was able to easily take pics, upload, and submit my claims through this app!
Extremely difficult to add recurring expense form, and it takes forever to hear back if it's been accepted. Can't use the card hardly anywhere and very difficult to pay childcare provider. It's frustrating that we have money available that we can't use to pay daycare.
