If you get the window with resolution information such as 1920 x 790 when you first launched the app, it means the app can't use the full resolution due to the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen and doesn't support your device natively.

Useless for MED500X. Having no instructions doesn't help either. Completely useless
Works perfect for me.had no issues connecting to my mede8er.I actually prefer this to my original remote.and I am going to buy the full version.make sure WiFi is set to on .on your phone or tablet.and check mede8er settings.my mede8er is connected to my router via Ethernet.works for me.

I have never had the opportunity to even see this working. I have 3 different android devices and it has never worked on any of them. Crashes at the start. In beta testing my reports were ignored. There are other products that work better. Don't waste your time here.
I'm shocked that Mede8er would have anything to do with an app as bad as this.
Frightfully badly written. Tested on four different devices. Not a single instance functioned properly.
Every button tells me to check system or settings. No idea which setting. Uninstalled after 2 minutes.
Very good idea for this player but ... The search doesn't work correctly. Too many limits to understand what the full version can do. This is not LITE version. This is DEMO/TRIAL version!!! The program ask me to buy the full version 2 days before end of the DEMO flversion. Incorrectness!
