This application is easy and enjoyable to use. Charting is a breeze with this and anything that streamlines my day is a life saver. Clocking in and out is also extremely easy.
I like to use all of the features this system for for more than training. I like being able to contact n th coordinator rather than call on the phone and wait a hour. I like being able to see all visits that I have visited although this program was initially experimented in third world county, I think it's a great idea that someone also adopted the system as a easier way to communicate with gu ou agency on the go in the field. Have to clients phone numbers for directions too new cases.

GREAT APP!! Shows you ALL the available Cases open that your Agency has. You can take on another case that is posted W the click of a button!! GREAT, Resource.. Also, shows Temporary One Time Shift's (people call out, etc.) Which you can grab as a one shot deal to make Extra money.. Posts throughout the Weekend "One time Shift's" and you can pick something up at the very last minute.. 10 STARS!!
This is wonderful app with awesome features. It navigates well and does everything I need.
My company wants me to download this and start using it but it will not allow me to read terms and conditions I refuse to use any product that can't read terms and conditions
I like the app. very helpful for getting more hours and let me know if it's a fill in case or if it's permanent case. I worked with alot of Agencies and this is the only Agency that has this app. I really like it very helpful for me. Omer i tried to reply to i won't go thru . Is there a number i can reach you at so i can give you the name of other Agencies i registered with and i am still registered with them
Since doing the update, the app doesn't even give me the option to put in my 4 digit code on the initial screen... literally, no number pad pops up at the bottom but I DO receive notifications for new cases. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO VIEW THE NEW CASES AND MAKE MONEY IF I CANT EVEN SIGN IN?!?!??!
I love how after entering my PIN it takes you to the task at hand and the you're able to do your in-service through the app. I would love to see more of them. COVID-19 information has been very informative during this Pandemic especially keeping me in compliance with the CDC, myself and client's.. etc

My app just disappear after I did my phone update yesterday. I have been trying to install it again but it not working please help.. thank you

First it started working fine by the few following days it stop working. Where I was not able to clock out at all. We really need this app to work for us.
This not encouraging. My app just got blocked without any fault. Coming up with user is with suspicious act. I couldnt access. All messages to supporr not honoured. And calls not going through
It is a very helpful app. I was able to complete my in service from home and contact my agency through chat anytime.
Waste of time and money. Over promise and under deliver. And when is time to face the customer! No one takes the time to acknowledge you. Sounded like a great product . Still under construction!
Great app but......It doesn't allow me to keep my case settings and only see what I want. Instead I have to look through a bunch of cases I don't want.
It helps me taking my own time doing the in-service than traveling such distance. I feel fine doing it online. Thanks.
Why im i seeing cases in NYCity if I'm stationed in Bflo NY...its overwhelming too look at this can I focus on my region only. This is a new look prior to Sept 22 medflyt wasnt like this
My experiences with this app is something I did hope for, and finally it happen.The one word I would use to describe it is" Remarkable ".
I can say from what I seen from the preview it seems like a good idea it seems convenient so let's see how often and how good it works with communicating if it works like it look it's a go
