Medfusion Plus

I did manage to at least get a username and password set up—after MULTIPLE tries— but the rest of the app WILL NOT FUNCTION. Can't link my provider by his name (though he's listed in their database). Can't link by the clinic's name (though they're also listed). Cannot get/link medical records if I can't link a provider. Nothing happens when any name/clinic is tapped/clicked. This app is 100% useless. Uninstalled.

Useless, slow and unresponsive. Takes forever to open. Had to reset password 8 times. Once in can't find providers or enter data. Basically useless. Uninstalled it, don't trust it, closed account.

Don't bother. The concept is great but the program is full of bugs. How can you keep all your information in one place if it won't load your doctors? I uninstalled it ASAP because it kept having serious issues.

I did like it and all, but my only complaint is it seems kind of slow on updating my records. Recently had blood work and I received my results from my doctor, but still isn't available here. Update: going on 2 weeks. No records available. So there's no sense in this app.

Like others have said, this app did not work on my android phone. I signed up, then I had to verify my email address. Once I did so, it had me enter my login info to sign in on the app. After I entered my login info and clicked sign in , a loading symbol popped up and it just sat there, and sat there, and sat there....you get the point. It never did open and I have now uninstalled it. Please dont waste your time with this one.

Stuck on an infinite spinning circle at login. Extremely aggravating. Cannot access my medical results.. now I have to wait for it to come in the mail. Completely useless. If the creators are reading this, please get back to me.

I have tried to install it twice. Each time, after installation, when I try to open the app it doesn't even open the startup screen and immediately crashes.

This is got to be the worst app I have ever had to work with.for several months now I have not been able to log on and view messages from my doctor or test results. This is ridiculous 😠 I wish my doctor's office with change. I gave the app of 1 * however if it were possible I would give it I -500

The only way the app works is if you go to Google and download the url for the site you want to get to through Grenlight Plus. So to save the app you can save it to your phones home page. This thing is useless!

Just downloaded the app. Trying to create an account. Have everything enter correctly and I get this error message, "There was an error creating your profile: Forbidden". Seriously? If this is my indication as to how the app will work, I'm out.

I'm still learning to use it. I think that once I use it it will become much easier. I really like to be able to check on appointments and and other things. I gave his application 5stars because it is very easy to navigate and find the information that I'm looking for.

Linking providers is grayed out and doesn't work. Connection is slow. Not a very good app.

I downloaded the app entered all the profile information but when I try to add a provider, it won't work. I can click on the office or the name over and over and it doesn't do anything.

I'd give this a 0 star if I could. Everytime I try to launch the app it crashes out and just closes. It's worthless. If by some miracle there's an update it to fix the issues I'll change my review.

Don't bother. Took me numerous attempts to even create my profile and now when I try to add my doctor I continously get an error message that states, "Greenlight is experiencing some issues. Please try again in some time." Total waste of time.

Like others have said, this app never connects me. It either gives me an infinite blank white screen or the spinning logo. Don't waste your time.

Horrible App. Can't even log in. I don't know why it's even available for download when it's completely useless!

Installs then freezes on startup. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted with same result. Android phone with up to date OS. Poor showing.

Installed app, tried to open, it states 'Medfusion keeps Stopping' I will try it 1 last time if it won't open out it goes with the other trash apps.

I installed and deleted immediately. The app wont even open. Cant really rate an app that doesnt even work the first time. Absolutely useless.

I was able to use the app when I first downloaded it. Now when I hit the launch button for my Dr it turns red and says try again. Un-installing the app.

Doesn't work I have a medfusion account, medfusion sends you to download this app but none of your info Is in the greenlight plus app and when you add your info you can't even add your provider. Trash!

Terrible!!!! 1- different name than that given by doctor ;med fusion, 2- need to create a new account 3- could not verify email because link was bad!!!!!! All around frustrating.

This app kept giving 3a forbidden message. It seems worthless. They need to switch to Epic systems. The staff doesn't like it. Nor do they use it.

Not ready for primetime.. I signed up for the service at my Dr office. After a convoluted process, it worked for a short time, then wouldn't accept my login onfo. I called Medfusion and they said call my Dr office ?? The app won't even open now..

This is a completely useless app. I wish my providers would wise up and purchase something to use that actually works and integrates with their EMR system.

Broken app on Android. Downloaded it on my Google Pixel 2XL and it immediately crashed, never even opened once. Uninstalled it immediately.

No option to delete? I'm not using this app, don't want to use this app and want to free up space on my phone! Please tell me how to delete it. I've looked in all the places on my phone and from my computer. Ugh.
