Having serious issues attempting to schedule a telehealth appointment on the app. Each time I click to schedule an appointment it tells me patient history needs to be filled out, which it already is completely. Not sure what bugs need to be fixed but this is frustrating when you're out and about trying to get a telehealth appointment

Hello and I apologize for bothering you but unfortunately I agree with some of the people that are saying that this app does not work. Because it is not working for me either. So if there is anything someone can help me with I would really appreciate it please.

Just installed, still lots of issues when you try to book a TeleHealth call. By the time you find doctor's availability and fill out form those doctors are no longer available. Going back to the screen, it says he still available. After 5 tries I gave up. Finally scheduled one, available in 1 hour, got a text someone will call me at 10:12 (same time as I was booking), they called at 10:26. It's better to have this app than none, but in modern days desires to be on a up to date level.

I keep getting a blank screen. I have to uninstall and reinstall.

TeleHealth errors!! I updated the app and I'm supposed to be able to make Telehealth appointments with online doctors. However when I submit my form to receive a call all I get is a screen that has an error message that says 《object OBJECT》...whatever that means. So frustrating!

I downloaded this app with the intention of using telehealth, and it won't work. I was able to get it through the site, on my PC, but it's annoying that this app doesn't do the job it's supposed to, and used to do.

Thank you for making a mobile app! Fortunately I haven't needed to use the service but once for asthma but I feel very lucky to have a great community that stands in your corner with prayer and faith. 🙏

got a password reset mandated action. tried to follow the link from email but it kept going to original request saying it was expired. did this over and over til I gave up and called in. oh well

I've got a serious strep infection at a commercial diving school and I can't get antibiotics because the app doesn't want to work!

The app is good, but I would like to see a bill-pay feature so that I can manage my bank draft from the app.

Cannot log in or reset password. No access at all. Terrible time-consuming app.

This app is defective, freezes all of the time and hardly ever provides accurate information.

Appreciate not having to get on PC to access info. Very convenient.

Nice way to review medical Bill's and status. Very user friendly.

Has issues entering basic information.

Nice to have your cards available at any time.

App forgets password and reset password process does not work.

Can't pay your bill here, many useless features, tele-med doesn't work.

Tried to download several times & app icon will not show up on my app page. Have to come to app store, search medi-share, & press open to get in .

I reinstalled the app today since it was not working correctly. Now it seems to be working fine again. Thanks for fixing the bugs!

When I first downloaded this app in late 2017, I thought it was super great and useful. I could pull up an electronic version on my Medi-Share card for doctors. Something happened a few months ago and now all this app does is give a blank white screen or freeze. I reinstalled a newer version with no luck. Will just uninstall this app as no longer useful, just frustrating

This app use to be very helpful now it is a waist of space on my phone. It doesn't give you access to your information

The app keeps saying I'm offline when I am not. It will let me open it after reinstall but if I go out then try to log back in it says offline. I have an android, any help would be appreciated.

I receive a notification that someone has posted. When I click on it, it takes me to the app but it's a white screen and frozen. I shut down and restart app. When I open it again, it freezes if I navigate away from the home page. Unusable. Motorola Z Force.

This app good for getting the customer service number and also your Medicare and discount cards. However I think the app can be improved if we had a way to pay and access my share payments on the app.

This app is not working anymore. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does not work. I have an Android phone. Help!

This app hasn't worked correctly since the day I first downloaded it back in Nov/Dec 2017. If I get a notification and try to open it, the app attempts to open but screen goes white and freezes. I just updated it this morning and it gets a little further; the app actually opens but when I try to access the notifications, once again screen goes white again and freezes. Uninstalling.
