I have to open app everyday for it to count points.
I wrote support over a month ago and about a week ago. They are nonresponsive, as you could even tell here. I have to open the app each day to receive points. It also automatically turns off. And at 1000 points per day, it will take a third of the year to earn $1, which is 100,000 points. It is not worth it because my phone also has been crashing, closing apps, freezing, and I do not know what else. I will uninstall it in a week if support still does not respond.
