post and download picture one at a time. rename ssid and password must change both together otherwise error

You can only upload photos one at a time and only from the camera, not from the gallery. There is no way to upload other files. This device could be so much better if we could use it as an ftp server and just use a different app like es file explorer to manage file transfers. It does stream fairly well to my phone (E4GT cm10.2) The app is too limited and needs work. Please add ftp support via firmware update and scrap this app. Other apps could be way better if they could access the device somehow (FTP!!)

I have not tested this application itself, but rather the device. I used 192.168.1.2 in my phone's web browser once connected to it's wifi and easily changed settings like ssid/password other reviewers had trouble with. It has a mostly user friendly interface when accessed there, though it might not do certain things. Not a bad machine considering I paid 15 bucks for it at Walmart, feels well built too.

For an app designed to transfer information from an SD card to my phone or tablet, I have a hard time understanding why it needs my contact information, or any other permissions. Simply allow me to stream from one device to the other. It is quite simple Media Streamer. You get one star until you can stop invading people's privacy.

WPA, no. Not on mine. I'm paired with my android 4.3 (Samsung Galexy S5) and my android 3.2.1 (Toshiba Thrive). It doesn't let me change the name OR password. I'm stuck with default. I get a message saying "Please enter a valid SSID or password!" And, I would love to know what one of those is because I've tried everything I can think to do. Changed one number in the default pass word to another number, nope. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, can't think of what, but until that's fixed you get 1 star (would be 3, but no one seems to get any support around here, so WAKE UP!). *Edit* You still get one star because the app is junk that will be uninstalled; however, I fixed the problem by not using the app. If one looks at the instruction manual, one discovers that the device can be managed from a web brouser by going to the I.P. 192.168.1.2 and that works quite effectively.

I can transfer any file watch movies , now I don't need a PC anymore when I hook a ssd to it . can't ask for better

The device keeps dropping/disabling its Wi-Fi connection during file transfer, and it is fully charged. Not to mention you cannot change the SSID nor password.

Works great for me on my galaxy tab 4, tab a, s6 and on my pc, does exactly what it says it will do, battery life is great and it's easy to use, I don't understand all the negative reviews. Awesome product as far as I am concerned

Great app and device, but it needs support to be able to download folders from my flash drive or SD card, other than that works fine.

It has some glitches, but works well enough for most things. Considering the price of the device it works with, it's hard to complain.

Will not stay connected and takes forever to download anything. Please fix.

Used it to reset default WiFi passwords, otherwise it still crashes. Previous version I used to have had been withdrawn and QR code on website does not link anymore. Need to use but dislike this app.

Refreshing photos too time consuming, lose of connection requires refreshing, Nexus 7 user.

Its a media streamer not a player too so use it for what it made for.. Can y'all just say glad to b so dam happy

Going back today, kept shutting down using samsung galaxy note 10.1. Looking for something to Trans pics from sd card. This is not it

I bought this at Walmart today and even though everything says that it only supports up to 32gb, I hooked up an EXFAT card to this with no problem at 64gb. It works well enough so far. If all you want to do is to play videos, it does the job.

Streaming Blu-Rays from my Nexus 7 gen 2 is like watching a slideshow. The Nexus should be powerful enough, so I can only surmise it's the device connection that's to blame. Same with photos. If it can't stream media, then what's the point?

Tried to download pics from my flash drive and it says it downloaded but I cannot find them anywhere on my phone. Please fix and will rate 5 stars. Droid ultra

Didn't work. My dlna streamer is on. It can't find it. Tells me to check the settings. When I go to the settings, it tries to find the server, fails, then tells me to check my settings. Pointless. The WiFi indicator shows I'm not connected, my phone shows I am.

The idea is great but this unit is very buggy. Unit doesn't stay connected long enough to transfer files or watch a video. :-(

I understand this app is in the beta stage, but the one bug I have found; is that when you connect a hard drive larger than 1tb(1.5tb for example), the app force closes everytime. If this was fixed I would give it a higher rating. Please fix.

It can only ditect SD card for now. Needs update. The device its self is working grate. I tested the app in a different OS. SD card can only hold 32 gig but flash drive can hold upto 64 gig (micro sd in a flash drive adaptor)

Crashes with a 2tb hard drive on android, needs an update on the galaxy note

The app seems to have a tough time communicating with the actual media streamer hardware. Force closes and fails to recognize storage devices from time to time. It works though it's buggy and a bit annoying.

Wont play ANY Video playback! And its only AVI.
