MediaTap - Video Downloader
Mediatap supports major streaming video sites and more than 50 other sites.

How to download media files:
1.Type the link or search keyword in an address bar. OR you can tap the link from the history or bookmark.2.When you are on the page you want to download, you can download the file by tapping the "Downloader" button located first icon of top right bar.3.The sidebar icon located at the top left corner can swipe the view left to show the left menu view. In left menu view, we can see the Web Browser, Downloader Manager, File Manager, FTP Manager and so on. "Downloader Manager" shows the currently downloading files and completed file and in the "File Manager" tab , we can view the downloaded files saved in respective folders.
How to create a folder
By touching add more icon, located on the top right, you will see the list "Select All", "Sort by", "New Folder", and so on. So, please select the "New Folder" then give the name and press "OK".
How to Select/DeselectYou can see the rectangle every right side of folder or files. If you tap on this rectangle or check box, you will see the mark on it. This mean you have already selected this icon. For deselection, you must tap on these check box again, then you will notice that the mark is disappeared.
Description of icon
★Sidebar menuTop left icon , 3 parallel lines, is the Sidebar icon. When you tap on this icon, you will see the left navigation menu which includes Web Browser, Downloader Manager, File Manager, FTP Manager , Setting Manager and Exit.
★Download buttonThis button supports the user to download the media such as movies, pictures, music, ebook and so on.
★BookmarkThis button help the user to view and manage both "Bookmarks" and "History".
★More buttonTop right button is the more button where we can create New Tab, Homepage and add Bookmark, Bookmark with QR code.Moreover, we can also find some thing on the web page with"Find on page".
★New TabThis button is located under the "More button" and beside the address bar. It help you to create new tab.

Storage if the other permission it requires which makes complete sense but these other ones, they're completely UNRELATED and declare this app as UNTRUSTWORTHY. If this is due to poor/lazy programming then hopefully this will be rectified in a future version. Until then though, avoid this app at all costs, just stream things instead, it'll also use less bandwidth in most cases... ;-)
I've been using MediaTap for a long time now, but this issue was a first to me. When I download a something, it's nearly finished but then it will stop and when I press the resume button it will only say 'successfully deleted'. And also the "Try our New Video Downloader" thing, it's very annoying... Please fix it! 😭
When I first downloaded it, it was awesome and it would've gotten a five. But it stopped working for me. I get this pop up to try the new video downloader (which never used to be an issue although it'd been popping up for weeks prior), but there was only the "Yes" button (unlike in the weeks prior). I couldn't get out of it! I tried clicking on "Yes" and going back to the app; still there. I uninstalled it and re-downloaded; STILL there with no "No" option. I saw others have this problem, too. Pease fix it!
Far too many redirections. Can't even scroll up on any page without being redirected to adds and pop ups. I tried around 10 times to scroll up on a page only being redirected to adds and never got any further on the page or site. This app is good for warning adds and pop ups adds only if that be ones interest.
Sure this interface is simplistic, but it actually doesn't download any open/playing videos on the page for me. If this gets fixed, I will rate higher. Also my phone is a VS980 4G LTE for your convenience. Thanks beforehand too.
It didn't download the file you want to download it downloads nonsense and which has no relation to what you want. PS do not dare ti download. Useless app.
This problem is new to me, and whenever I try to download videos off YouTube it says I can't, but before it was fine.
I use it On techno c5 but not downloading every time it says failed to download, developer plz cheak this issue
Though it has many upsides, the only thing that is sad is that you are unable to download YouTube videos.
I've tried lots of other downloading apps but this ia by far the best app out there.
f... i use this app almost 2yrs now. but this issues on this media tap app i can't use it anymore. and says UNFORTUNATELY media tap has stopped.. fix it

Download gets interrupted and you havebto start all over again. But very easy to use
While downloading it stops n then have to download again consuming extra data...
Although it sometimes GET caught up on me, the majority of the time: it's very accurate.
I enjoy this application as it is so easy to use and you can download videos from the Internet really fast. I have had no problems with using this app in the past 2 months :)
Its okay. Downloads from most site but there ar a few where it cant detect the video. Also download manager tends to pause on it own frequently 2hich is anoying.
It does all things I need to do which is to download and send the video to on my camera roll on iPhone ..but it'd RUBBISH on android!
Can't use this app after I downloaded it then forcing me to download their new apps and doesn't allow me to ignore it.
Try it, it's the best one, although it's not so stable.
Seems can't penetrate major sites such as Viki and YouTube, fortunately the videos that I want,I can find in other sites
Kinda like "ant video player" or "video download player". It makes it easy to download any video even if the site doesn't have a download button. Use this to download any media.
Trying really hard to download videos of my granddaughter from fb. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong because it's still downloading after nearly 2 hours -grrrr! Hope I don't have to uninstall it. Advice please!
5* to 1*. Permissions and ads have reduced a once decent app into a pile of used tampons.
At first its ok and good to use... now theres an add that keeps popping up saying "try our new downloader" and send me directly through mediasclip video downloader... and that downloader isnt compatible at my phone, and i cant get that add out of the app i been using... so stupid of putting adds like that...
