Who can use the Medibank Mobile App? There are certain features anyone can use, such as the Members’ Choice provider search. But to use features relating to your membership, you must be a Medibank health insurance member.

Medibank members with Visitors Health Insurance, Working Visa Health Insurance and Overseas Student Health cover may not have access to all membership related features.

This is a quite a comprehensive app featuring a relatively simple, user-friendly interface which is easy to navigate. Almost everything is a mere click or 2 away. However, some features, such as Direct Debit, can be frustratingly elusive.😐 A useful tool would be the ability to call MP directly from the app itself, allowing one's call to be routed directly to the specific department required, rather than having to use the keypad & waiting in the general queue. Helpful & handy. 4 out of 5 🌟

A frustrating app to use. Navigation is poor. Finding what I need is always a hassle. Always presents me with the same informational stuff, including setting up biometrics. Even when I set it up, it always wants a password to login, and then presents me with all the same informational stuff, including setting up biometrics again. Making a claim worked well.

I'm new to Medibank and downloaded the app today. Everything within the app looks useful and user friendly. Got the fingerprint scanner to work eventually, had to enable a widget in settings.... it should really do that for when you hit the "yes" button though. Overall seems like a well functioning app with plenty of info.

Regarding the live better rewards it should enable to option to sync your devise more than once especially if there is an error and your steps don't sync through as the app believed I competed no steps when I attempted to sync and because it doesn't seem to allow you to re sync I could not transfer my steps over into the app and missed out on an entire day's worth of steps I had completed even though it was visable in the fit bit app itself

Very frustrating App to use. The layout is poor when you have the setting for font size set more than just the default (I have it set to large). There is also no way for you to amend the card details in any periodical debit you have in place.

It's easy to use the app to make claim and other stuff. One annoying bug is the finger print sign on. When I press yes to turn it on the reminder doesn't go away. And I still have to use user name and password even with fingerprint sign in turned on.

Big improvement, having switched over from iOS where the app worked fine and didn't experience any hitches, the app for Android seemed to fall short. Wasn't able to log in, it kept hanging on the login page and drove me away from using the mobile app altogether. Happy to say this has seemingly been rectified and is as convenient and easy to use as ever. Makes making claims far simpler and stress free.

Latest update has completely broken the app on an Oppo Find X5 Pro with Android 12, just keeps going back to login screen, even after wiping the app and re-install it logs in, asks for acceptance of the T&C then reverts back to the login prompt, seemingly no way of making it work.

Terrible. Almost impossible to find a way to message Medibank, which is why I got the app, as advised on their website. The initial fingerprint login setup did not respond & I can't find anywhere to set this up now in the app.

The app has login issues for me on some networks even though the web site always works. My guess is API requests on mobile are tied up with analytics requests and any failure to these non-essential services blocks core functionality. When I can eventually get through the app is good, it's just not very robust in its current state.

Genuinely a great, user friendly app when it works. But I am experiencing a bug that just refreshes on every log in attempt. This happens 7/10 times even with troubleshooting. Job logged with IT sometime ago but haven't heard anything.

I emailed the app support address that was given following my last review. I provided them with screenshots and all the info they needed. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE IN 3 WEEKS - THIS IS ABSOLUTELY DISMAL AND RIDICULOUS! To make matters worse, I can't even call to get my request escalated because the app support team is only contactable via email. This is completely pathetic, I am beyond frustrated. Would leave 0 stars if I could. 😡

Great when I am able to login. Keeps asking me to login again after accepting terms and conditions. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and restarted my phone. Works only once a month.

Pain in the arse. This is not a reflection of the developer or app structure but the fact that Medibank Private put me through loops to make a claim. The same applies to doing it on my PC and while the App is easier it is still a pain!! It is one thing to make the Medibank member do the work but why require so many steps?

Function is realy poor atm on the Android. Tried several times of removing the app and downloading. Login attempts are frustrating. Waiting for an app update to try again. Hoping to get this ✅ moving forward as I use Medibank often. Best of luck with the app upgrade and functionality

App security is broken. Have app setup to unlock via fingerprint however every time the app tries to unlock via face unlock by accessing camera rather than displaying under screen fingerprint unlock.

The app simply doesn't work. Try to log in and it thinks about it then doesn't go anywhere. Shut app down then try to re-login the app won't load any page with in it. Medibank fix your app!
