Previously it was providing good services but now a days the service is very very poor.. I have placed and order four times they have cancelled it in 1st three attempt and the reason they were unable to download the prescription and wallet is not working. But at the fourth attempt they hve delivered the medicine but partially, they haven't even call to confirm the order. And the main part is they have deducted money from the wallet for two orders which they have only cancelled.
Very worst service. Booked for a lab test and the phlebotomist canceled the appointment three times at the last minute citing silly reasons. Very unprofessional and do not honor their commitment. In the app it gets updated as the user canceled the appointment from their side.
Worst experience! Almost everything is always out of stock. And suddenly after the application upgrade my wallet balance became nill. I even raised a ticket, and they marked it as resolved without providing any resolution.
Unreliable!! App hangs a lot, I did few consultations, but this app was never a medium. Always had to opt for call. Below is the latest experience shared - I wasn't able to book a consultation few days back. Did lots of hit n try but it didn't work!! Re-installed the app and here I am, not able to even login, forget using other services
Worst user interface. Lags and freeze too much!! Tried booking consultancy multiple times it says failed, click to retry. Also doctors just prescribe the medicine they do not explain the root cause of the issue and also do not dicuss the factors causing the issue.
The app is super easy to use because of it's interface. Also the representative Shaikh Saleem, who came to my house was so reliable. He took some time out to explain the who procedure and then was kind enough to answer my concerns. Overall it was whole process was smooth and fast. I have already asked for a test for my grandmother.
Very pathetic experience with Medibuddy. They cancel the medicine order without any particular reason. One of my order was placed for 5 days and after I followed up they cancelled after 5 days. This is a very bad service if you need your medicines urgently. There are other reliable apps which deliver much faster with less hassles. Very pathetic app.
Update after 1-2 months of usage: Absolutely loving it. Dr consultations have been so seamless, couldn't ask more. Also I use their insurance (corporate) as well, it's so convenient to manage claim, cashless process via app. Excellent experience so far. Gold membership is worth it. Very likely one of the family member to fall sick for smaller issues like cold, cough, infection etc. It's always better to first consult a doctor than taking medicines of our own. That's where this app comes handy.
Worst app. Claiming a reimbursement is such a difficult task via this app. Even after multiple tries there will be some or the other issue. The buffering takes like forever even with high speed wifi connectivity. It feels like an era of 2G. Even after so many negative reviews, they are not fixing the issues, looks like they do not want us to claim the reimbursements from insurers rather than what the intent should have been.
I had a very good experience with the app. They responded quick and supportive through out the procedure. Ms. Reehana from medi buddy assisted me in every step and took care of my needs till the very end. My big heartfelt thanks for that! Team coordination is very good and they update everything on real time basis. Overall i had a hassle free experience be it appointments, consultation, cab services etc.Its one stop solution for all our health care needs. Thank you medibuddy☺️
Worst app ever. It doesn't let me in through my correct credentials. Just keep loading and glitching, I'be just reset my password then also I am not going through.. very bad experience ever.. :/
This app is the worst app that I have ever seen. Sometimes I order something by using the cashless method but still, that product is going into cash on delivery. And if I call their customer care they said you can deny that order if that order is in cash on delivery. Important thing is that most of the products are out of stock. Please try to clarify that product, when someone buys from your application, means that the product is cashless or cash on delivery.
worst app and helpline service, After all the bills and reports update many time receive email document not updated, they are simply expert in sending email no one calls you back and tell what is the exact issue. If we call them same answer is you can upload the bills and reports. Simply fooling people nothing else.
App is very slow, when we try to upload the files, it's not getting uploaded. There should be a option to attach multiple files during the pending clarification/customer status. Again they are rerouting the claim to us, asking for the document.
I noticed that a lot of products are not listed in this application. It is very difficult to avail cashless facility from this application. Especially from Android application. I also faced the same issue in website. Medibuddy, please look after all of these mentioned problems and offer a better service from your end.
It is such a worst app I have seen in my life. I have ordered few products through medibuddy wallet, after ordering they removed the items from my order. Everytime they will say a lame excuse like ordered item is not available after ordering. Then why it is shown available in the app. After accepting the order also, they removed many items from my order. I definitely wouldn't recommend this app to anybody. Pathetic service.
It is first time I have taken online consultation and paid money but there is no any invoice option to download. I don't know how can I apply for reimbursement. Also taken help by calling 3 times to support just for a consultation. Very hard to use this app. Support person is also not good. Even in return of prescription I haven't got any pdf downloadable files. It's just a text. Very poor experience. I have taken too many consultation from other apps but never faced such type of issue.
Very poor service experience even to the corporate custpmers. Their system shows order details but no confirmation of appointment to customer. Even when ticket is raised via app, they close ticket without resolution and no comments. When speaking over phone to helpline, they try showing that they are fixing issue but nothing turns out positive. Would definitely recommend not to use thwir service if you expect that they follow their process/timelines.
Unresponsive, slow. It doesn't respond for the order process and doesn't show any messages too. Out of the blue it doesn't remember stored addresses and like dumb doesn't show any messages or errors. Might be developed as a College project.
Pathetic experience.... Worst support team. They only creates tickets one after another but do not resolve the issue. No update on delivery date. Even the meddibuddy does not know what is the status. There is no option to cancel the order in the app. Contacted the support team multiple time for days to cancel the order. But, sadly they are also not able to cancel it. God know how they are running the business.
Worst App ever , the products which are caseless are saled for the case on delivery . The customer support people just talk nicely but no actual action . There is no option for the cancellation of order or refund. I tried to contact throgh the call and email for the return and refund. The response is very slow.
Firstly, the app is very slow, buffers a lot and seems to be underdeveloped. Secondly, your most of the products are always out-of-stock & that's a very very annoying thing. Also, It displays only the name of the product and no description/info, not even a photo. And the search results do not work properly as one can't see all the related products, after typing in certain keywords. So basically, the developer team needs to work a lot on the app as there is definitely a lot of room for improvmnt.
The navigation is a little confusing for the first time user. Also the data consumption of the application is too high. That should be controlled as well.
I wanted medical consultation and didn't have the time to go to a hospital physically due to work. Ended up paying 500 for the consultation on the app. I got a call that literally rang for one second, and got cut before I could pick up. I texted the doctor on the app for numerous times within the three day period to call me, no response. You also have a feature that doesn't work, which allows you to request a call back, Install it if you want to waste your money.
Nice application dashboard. Lab technician visited and completed the tests timely. Good work by technician, testing equipment sealed in packet (safe), polite behavior, good communication mode via mail/call. Note - Health Assessment technician forced me to rate this app on play store instead of himself getting rated. I haven't used app single time.
1. Very unreliable 2. No update on order status 3. Multiple follow ups required 4. Apart from a call to connect with representatives there is no other way - WhatsApp will always show ".. waiting for assistance. ..some error occurred" -There is no way to chat in-app. Grocery is delivered faster than the way they deliver medicines. Avoid ordering from here, you may prefer other apps or local vendors.
