Don't understand why inpatient bills and payments are showing acess root error while using password is Yes. Hospitals bills are incomprehensibly sky rocketing but no view to the details are allowed!
Very shabby app. Doctor list not updated. Appointment not happening. Online test reports not visible. Bills too not available. Basically useless.
worst app i have ever seen. hospital management plz deactivate the facility to access the app as it does not meet the requirements of patients. upgarde the app and then relaunch
Impossible to register or login. Tried all the ways for 10 times. Who makes such apps. Please contact me if you want to get it redeveloped.
cant sign up...no error message...just showing up something went wrong..please try again later...I beleive the person who developed is not treating patient...
It's one of the worst app & hard to accept such a corporate hospital can't manage its apps.
Department wise Doctor list along time slot and available days is not available in the app. Further direct contact phone no for opd booking appointment is also not available.

Doctors and Paramedic are very good. However administrative staff at admission, discharge and billing, corporate desk are very inefficient and poorly mannered. HR and administration is poor

It will be better to book appoinment with doctors through online payment

It's a better stable medica app than before.
Can't sign up even after trying several times. In spite of others have the same issue, the developers are not improving the app. If they can't maintain the app what is the purpose of developing such app!!
