The staff is extremely polite & thats it. Dr. Clemons failed to input info for the state of colorado & my card defaulted to 60 days expiration. This is after staff failed to inform me that there was a second fee of $26 for the state. This was even after they gave me a deal of $70 because I have an industry badge. Its now 11 days from expiration & ive even given staff my account password (their request to attempt to fix this mess) & still nothing. Its been back & forth for approx 35+ days now.
