This free version is Ad supported, but if you upgrade, you'll get rid of the ad's and be able to create multiple profiles, and it's just a one time only upgrade, even if you uninstall the app or install it in another device, if you have upgraded once, no need to upgrade again, you'll have the full app for life.

Love this app
This app really impressed me, but it would be 5 stars if I could sync it on multiple devices.
I just tried this app. I put in my date of birth and it shows up in the European order. I'm not sure the EMTs and Admitting would get that. We're so painfully monolingual and provincial in the USA.
Would like to add past surgeries though. And a space just for doctors with their address and phone numbers.
I think this app is great. However, if skmeone could access it from the lock screen, it would be better. Please do this.
The only things I don't like about this app are a central area with a good summary of my information and I'd like to see an emergency alert widget. The first is a deal breaker. Get on that and I'm all in!
Being an emergency information app shouldn't have any adverts on it. Should be straight forward with no distraction.
I installed this on my Samsung S4 which is password protected. There doesn't appear to be any way to display the stored information unless you know the password. Given that, the app is pretty much useless.
Cannot set birth dste to lesd than 1970 ..please fix need 1953
It's fine to be able to record medical information and allergies, but if EMTs can't get to the app, what's the point of having it? It really needs to be accessible from the lock screen. Otherwise, it completely defeats the purpose of having my medical information recorded.
Excellent app we can save our medical history nicely.
If this is for emergencies the phone owner might not be able to unlock it. The app data should be able to be accessed without unlocking it
Needs to be accessible on locked phone. Useless until then.

It crashed numerous times as I tried to affect my information. Then when I finally did and wanted to added more profiles for my kids it said it needed an upgrade but have me no options to be able to do so. I have removed this from my phone I guess I'm going to stick with there old fashioned way of keeping a piece of paper with everything on it in my purse and in my car
I installed this thing and it froze my phone. I had to take the battery out to "turn off" then back on. So no thank you. Immediate UNINSTALL. If i could i'd give it NO STARS. Or less.
It's not at all helpful to anyone that locks their phone. It can not be accessed then, so if something happens to you and you're not conscious good luck.
I touch the Upgrade button, nothing happens!

Excellent for me when I can't speak or for all new problems I can't or haven't put on medical id around my neck.
