Medical PG, FMGE Preparation - PrepLadder

The video lectures content is excellent except that it cannot be viewed on a laptop which is an absolute necessity. The user interface is a definite area of improvement which could be made more user friendly. Question banks also need some improvements. Many a times questions are placed under wrong sub topic. Till now I haven't faced any technical issues. Rapid revision, treasures and snapshots are definitely very impressive. Overall I have a nice experience but would definitely love to see more.

Great app! The faculties are very good and no doubt about that. Q-bank is better and informative. I have faced technical issues for the past 5 days. The Video gets stuck when played at 2x speed but audio seems to play independently despite of good network connectivity. I Hope Team Prepladder solves these issues asap. Overall the app is very good !!! I have been using for the past 4months.

The content is great but the app experience can be better . In many videos the audio is absent for the left ear. These things make the app using experience less attractive. There should also be percentiles after every qbank module. The layout of the app can also be made more attractive. The biggest thing is that it needs to be released on PC. Its inconvenient to keep using it on phone/ device.

My experience with prepladder has been amazing. I have been using it for last 1 year. The video lectures and notes are really good. Specially the rapid revision videos are the best. Faculties way of explanation is very nice and mnemonics which they use , help us to clear the concept really well. I would like to specifically mention that prepladder student support centre has been really helpful to me. i faced technical problems but they have always responded very well. I'm very satisfied .

Faculties are good enough But the app experience is HORRIBLE. It gets stuck, lags and is slow. Interface is very bad and not at all smooth. Lectures get stuck frequently. Inspite of informing regularly, no improvement from the side of the app. The 2 stars I'm giving is completely because of the faculty, if it were purely for the app experience I would have given a 0 or negative if that were possible

I am using this app for a quite long time and I am very pleased with the application with all the facilities I am getting. But recently I have faced some unusual problem, in Snapshot section some videos like Surgery, Medicine, Radiology, these subject's notes are not opening. It is showing that 'Notes are not available for this video'. So if this will get resolved as soon as possible then it will be a big help.

I brought prepladder during lockdown 2020.. but since i bought, i have not been able to watch videos due to lagging. I complained about it many times but it was only before the last two weeks that they have repaired the videos and i have been able to watch videos properly. My subscription is ending on 15th april. I request extension of my subscription for atleast a month to compensate for the long ongoing technical issues. Thank you.

Needs improvement.The app keeps on crashing multiple times while trying to open the notes. Also one has to scroll all the way down till the last page of any notes and the minimum no of pages in any subject is aprox 200 and it takes too mich time to load. It would have been better if there was a system to open a specific page or chapter directly from the index page. Looking forward to see change regarding this.

I really didn't like the app layout. The content is nice but the presentation of the app is terrible. It takes too much effort to find the videos I want to watch , it would be very nice if there was a watchlist so I could select the videos I want to watch before starting the particular topic. And also insted of presenting every topic as lists it would be better is it's put as a tile . Eg the app layout of streaming services like prime and Netflix. Also download in background is not possible.

The ios version of this app has some nice features like volume and brightness slider controls by just swiping on the screen which the android version lacks. Other than those few shortcomings the app is great. Hope they add them to the android version ASAP. Samsung Dex support would be appreciated too, as it really improves the learning experience.

I was really dissapointed at first because I purchased a package on the app but I was not able to access it after. However, after making a complain through email, acess was granted after a day. I really like the revision package because sometimes its easy to forget about covering the basics and essentials as one gets caught up in the overwhelming amount of study material available.

Worst app and UI. As much as you care for quality content, you should make sure that the app is good as well. Add support for Simultaneous downloads, pause/resume downloads. Change the UI. And why is this app killing all the background services? (I checked it with 'SD Maid Pro'). I downloaded nearly 2 Gigabytes worth of videos. I updated the app through playstore and boom! Videos are gone. What is this?!

A complete package for NEET / FMGE. Regularly updated, structured and bookmarked Video lectures, accompanying colured notes (soft copy) for almost every video lecture for quick reference and revision. MCQs for each video lecture with detailed explanation. It also shows the subject-wise progress. But, hiding those attempted questions which were marked correctly is not a good idea, because they are all good questions, not necessarily easy ones, mostly attempted just after watching video.

The app is good. Videos are informative and precise and short. Really helpful to cover the topics in short time. Snap shot and rapid revision are really helpful just before exams. Overall the content is good. But the surface of app in mcq needs to get improved. I feel text should be more comfortable while reading. Otherwise the app is perfect for PG neet preparation.

Best faculty and content. Given 5 stars only for faculty, but the app is not upto mark. Bluetooth connectivity issue resolved but other issues still persist like Streaming videos buffers a lot(even on high wifi speed.) Downloading single video took lot of time. Downloading multiple videos fails. & Videos can't be watch on computer/laptop only question bank can be accessed through it !! Whyyyy??? kindly fix other issues

The latest update is really good and it sure is gonna give an upper hand with marrow. But some problems were there. 1.the new notes of whole subject at one place is a good feature but when i checked the notes they were all unorganized and thus not fruitful for study. 2.there is no subtitles and no notes on new videos of pharmacology. Although they are very good and really made my day 😊.

Everything seems really perfect and easy going in sense of understanding subjects easily. One thing which requires attention is that explanation of each question in question series. LITERALLY IT'S A LOT! Even sometimes it's given in a paragraph manner so it would be really difficult for students to read everything and understand that readily.

Why the app need developer options to be off. I need that option in my phone to customise my phone, but everytime i use Prepladder it says to switch it off. Other apps don't do like this, they just work fine.... And please remove that "move to top" pop up while scrolling through lectures, its just very annoying to see it everytime it comes..it feels like an add coming everytime i just scroll down.

I had a great perspective about this app before. but since they made this app publicly free for all for a week, the speed of videos have gone down to worst. there is buffering after every 2 minutes. and this is clearly not an issue with my internet connection since I had tried both wifi and local internet but the problem remains the same. THIS APP IS OF NO USE, SINCE VIDOES ARE NOT GETTING PLAYED. resolve this problem or there are many other online coaching platforms available.

The professors and content is so good no doubt, but the technical aspect is very bad, the videos keep lagging in speed other than 1x. I cannot watch it in 1x only, otherwise what's the point of providing higher speeds. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Amazing content by great teachers. 2 star less for the app. It would be better if there was an option to view at 3x/4x speed as it helps in quickly revising the topic which you have learnt before in more efficient way & it really saves a lot of time. More options can be added in settings like ability to highlight/underline important keywords in Qbank explanation to save time during revision of bookmarked questions etc

The originally released app was able to play videos on two separate devices. Now you can register on two devices but can only play on any one of the devices at a time. The competitor app allows simulataneous playback on 2 devices. Better invest your money there. Its been 6 months since I've purchased this and now after the updates it's just become terrible and makes the user feel locked down in it's usability across multiple devices.

After update in August 2019 video playback issue. Update caused problems. when I tried to watch lecture the screen appears completely black but timer for playback counts and voice is audible. other apps working fine on the device. 2 days back I renewed my subscription and updated the app but encountered same problem even after 4 months. I use Alcatel A10 android tablet. Where are your app developer ? What are they doing since 4 months ?

It is a really good platform for learning. Method of teaching is great. But I think question could be better have to increase some no. Of question. And also have to improve notes delivery. It takes more than 3 months to deliver notes that the worst part. But overall best online learning platform 👍

The empty spaces in the notes are a real waste of time, nomatter for whatever reason they've been put. Notes should be complete in itself ! The TND doesn't have solution explanation, we will have to watch the solution video to understand a particular question. Again a waste of time ! It's really disappointing to have such technical issues in the app and incomplete notes at a platform with which such good faculty is associated ! IT'S a 5+ star for the faculty but 2 star for the app !!

Application developed for users is user friendly. The UI is smooth. Well organized. Looking for more video content ahead. The app needs to be developed more efficiently for tablets and ipad because the app doesn't work smoothly on tablet and google play store describes this app as not suitable. The downloading speed is so worse when downloading in the same wifi in mobile version is much better.

Amazing for learning medical subjects but the app itself is lagging as in the videos dont load properly. It hangs my phone. The videos take a long to load. I tried everything, switching off and switching on the phone, turning on flight mode. But its not working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that lead to another downward spiral. I am unable to login now. I tried through other devices, in those to its not working and i had to delete the app there too, now. Im crying 😥😭😭

Each question loading separately during review is causing utmost discomfort. Highly disgraceful. Though the update of application as well as update in the series, i.e. Version 3.0 have changed things. Now, it's easy to use apart from loading issue, better access to information and giving more output. Faculty as well as support team is awesome.

I downloaded the app and gave a test for 3.5 hours. When I submitted it, a white screen appeared mentioning please wait. I waited patiently and even had my dinner after which the screen was still showing the same message. The net connection was proper as youtube videos were running smooth. I had to eventually close the app and restart it. It was now not working properly and when I clicked on test analysis, it kept on loading. I deleted the app and redownloaded it. Now I'm unable to login. :)
