Therefore, our team offers you a new interesting project that allows you to create your unique personal medical history of all events in your life that will be available anywhere in the world on any device.
We simplified Medical card application in use as much as possible and now it doesn’t require you to waste much time on senseless entering vast amounts of information. It’s aimed at keeping the most important information about your health, as well as keeping documents and photos of original medical documents.
In the current version of the application we have implemented the following features:
- User-friendly and intuitive interface with graphical elements and text clues.
- simplified registration and subsequent authorization at the start of the work with the application (using e-mail, social networks or Google-account data).
- record-keeping of all visits to doctors (already happened and just planned), their appointments, prescriptions and recommendations. In order to store large amounts of information about your health there have been such possibilities implemented as the ability to encrypt individual medical documents or photos to the doctor’s visit.
- a distinct adding data to application’s medical database, which namely includes medical facilities, doctors' contact details, titles of drugs, diagnoses, types of analyses, received medical recommendations.This allows you to quickly enter already existing history of visits to doctors into the application.
- absolutely safe storage of your data on Google servers. The medical card will be available to you on any device in case of using the possibility of data synchronization
- the ability to have several profile. This means to do record-keeping of several electronic medical cards, such as your card and your cards of family members
And what is most important thing, we are creating a dynamically developing project which is aimed at improving the service, getting active users’ comments, implementing interesting solutions into life.

Entering the data is not super intuitive for all the different tests.. but I enjoyed using the app, as it would be clear visually. I had to format the phone, and I lost all my data. I don't feel like re entering it and making that initial effort alllll over again.
Good concept and design but EXTREMELY INTRUSIVE!!! Very limited (more like a demo) as a single (offline) profile and if opted in as a Pro user, you have no option but to relinquish all your privacy and medical data in its entirety (presented as a convenient syncing service) to a virtually unknown entity and to the notoriously bad (privacy trampling) Google services. I'd rather go back to pen and paper than to report to Google the what, when, why, who, which and how of my medical history.
Nice UI and good concept. It can be better if the uploads can be organized and retrived in different filters or views, so that the key items can be found easily.
This app leaves A LOT to be desired. Painful to fill out info. If you are more than 10 years old, plan on taking the next decade to add your Birthdate (one month at a time). Unable to add dosages, unable to add OTC meds/supplements, unable to add labs. I could continue, but it's not worth it. I plan on finding another app that is better, or find someone to build one.
The format is restrictive. very little customizable areas. If your issue is not one in their predefined collection with predefined details you are out of luck. In addition, some aspects were not even working for me even though I bought the pro version. I have canceled and uninstalled and will continue looking elsewhere.
Very irritating. I could not find a way to change units to match the devices I use for collecting data. It is more complicated and less user friendly than it should be.
Installed it. Entered one condition, one time, and itself repeated itself over and over again. WTH? Barely any features. No data base of meds or conditions Deleted this ho tmess.
Looks nice and clean and like it would fulfill my needs but, aesthetics aside it does not perform. Data input is poor. No option for a refund.
It's ok, but u should give some free basic stuff and free sync option. Don't go for money, your app can help alot of people and more after a period most of them can pay you a handsome amount.
To much read this and that and a lot of permissions wanted. Might be good but just to much of a pain to load. Not sure about all the info being sent either.
Hard to navigate every time I click on a menu item ie PSA Test it flashes and doesn't do anything. I just want to chart my PSA
The application is pretty useful for managing medical data but it needs a little better design. All recommendations
App is junk. Requires money to do anything you might find important. Go with a paid app that has more free features and better support. Get a bear hug 😉
Doesn't work. Just keeps loading and loading with white screen but nothing happens.
it sounded good but you cant get to the app it says before starting read policy and privercy statmen and mark approperate wellni went thrubit 4 times never seeing anything to check mark ect
This is a wonderful app to record you records. It's easy to use once you get familiar with it.

Didn't trust it
This app has great potential and I have received quick response and refund from developer. However alarms and syncing do not work, and it takes too long to slide through the list of dates when app is opened on the Galaxy S8 Plus. I also think €12 a year is to pricey for just syncing capabilities. Perhaps developer should concentrate on developing the app to it potential, as it feels like it is in beta and then charge a one time upgrade fee. Would love to have been able to use this app though.
