Absolutely best app available. What's separates this from everybody else is the ability to store photographs of images from x-rays you took with your phone to camera views of skin rashes and the like.
I like that it's free. The main reason I got the app was to keep an easy to access and fill-in my family's vaccines and meds. I wish the meds had a start and end date for record keeping. The layout of the vaccines could be clearer, but it works. I like that I can always add notes and I can add the basic info (blood pressure, weigh, etc) for each appointment to see patterns. I love that I can download an excel sheet of my info even though it's layout isnt as nice as the app.
Great App. I am a patient user and there is a lot to learn. The complexity is partly due to it being for professionals. If there were a wish list, it would be that I could hide or disable categories that I choose not to use. I also wish I could do a report filtered for one doctor and the report would include all categories in which that doctor was the named physician. On the plus side, I very much appreciate that the attachments are saved with the data. Great job. Keep it up.
This app does not fit on my phone screen...cannot see anything clearly...not impressed. Update: The developers reached out to me and let me know it was mt font size causing the issue! My phone is new, and I did not realize the font size was so big....totally my bad! App works great now, kudos to the developers for reaching out to me to fix the issue..that is very refreshing to see!
Recurring subscription plans only, without any possibility to purchase the software once and for all => uninstalled and replaced with a functionally superior competitor product than can be bought instead of rented.
Poor design of the interface. The opening screen shows "new records", inviting input. So it is blank, which could be interpreted as declaring that there are no records for that category . To get to info previously entered, as in an emergency, the "previous records" tab must be selected.
No, please don't change the birthdate to calender view, it is very hard to change the year of birth, the one before is good enough. Aside from that, if you can make the clinical history like Doctor at Work (plus), it is way better, they can separate anamnesis, physical exam, diagnosis and treatment to different tabs And if possible, can you make the patients list sorted by name or patient number (not ID)? The list is there but can't choose to sort by number. Thank you! Good job
please make this more affordable.No doubt it's a great app for professionals which store data in a sophisticated manner. Recently this app had a feature to add patients from phonebook. A am single user and i am Practicing in a small town/ remote area. Cloud subscription is too costly for me. Please review subscription fee for single user. Thank you.
I'm new but this seems to be a good app except it keeps losing the doctors I enter anf I have to go through a song and dance for the app to accept the name. Scratch my prior comment. I'm changing to 1 star. After 2 hrs. of data entry I'sick and tired of being told the person / place is not found. Maybe it would help to add an option to edit person/ place. I'll keep it for a while to see if I can figure it out. ( incert scream here)
Terrible App. Does not do what it says. A complete waste of time and effort. Look elsewhere. EDIT They did respond so I give them credit and will elaborate. My issue is the feature list should specify what the app does upon download (free) and a separate list explaining what is a paid only feature. I feel it is a bad app and doesnt work because the description was misleading.
This is a bait and switch app that is NOT free. After using it to store a significant amount of data, it has suddenly demanded that I pay an annual subscription fee. I do not recommend using this app. I can no longer add new information and I am not longer able to export the data that I had stored there. There was never an indication that I was using a restricted version of the app nor was there any indication that I would eventually be locked out of it.
Nice App for my personal health records. Am a free user, and I updated my health records for past two years. Recently, my phone crashed and was unable to restore my locally saved Backup data. Just learnt that the free user version has no backup/restore option. Now am just staring at a blank App. Nice work anyway!
I did purchased your app. However, after entering 52 patients the app is "locked" again. I cannot add anymore data. The app is asking again for another payment of P530 for 1 year subscription. Why is it like this? You should have charged people buying the app for straight 1 year subcription immediately and not trick them into buying it for a lower price but theres a catch after reaching a certain number of entry. You just decieved me man. Im disappointed!
Completely unable to sign in so useless. Update: Deleted and redownloaded and finally got the app to open, but needs a few more things before it gets more stars: allergies list, procedures list (ie surgeries, MRIs, mammography), immunizations list (flu shot, pneumonia, tetanus, etc.), conditions (chronic conditions, COPD, heart problems, etc.) updated 5/29...See above waiting for following with dates: Conditions and Procedures with ability to add dates.
I like the simplicity of this app. Covers all basic fields. Fast and smooth.. Giving less stars because this app is not free while you want to backup to Google drive or export data. Please make it free to get more downloads and popularity.. rest all is perfect..
Just installed to try it. Surprised to see that it would only let me enter a number for the medical insurance. I like millions others have better care and its number is a combination of digits and letters. I also have more than one health insurance and I do not see a way to enter more than 1 insurance policy. I suspect I will find other limitations soon.
On the Rx view there should be only one line per Rx. And then an option to expand. Same with printing. Also on main screen would be nice to put the categories in the order most used. Additional Information... I feel that the present is already expanded. My wife has 10 Rx and would be nice to see the opening screen with one line and if room on that ONE line to show Doseage. THEN click on something to expand so you could add all other information.
I love that I can see at a glance all relevant data about a patient's history before their appointment. Two options I find lacking and important, though, are: marking patients as active and inactive, so I don't keep on seeing patients who stopped dealing with me and can instead focus on currently active patients. Second, searching by range of dates. I want to see at a glance all the patients scheduled next week in case I need to prepare for them. I will therefore unfortunately be using another
I really liked the simplicity of the app and i use it as a doctor on call to put patient records ans send to my secretary to print and keep for signing. I really like it and you should build on it! I would like to work with you to build something great
Good app, but put feature of water mark in the prescription, otherwise the app is so good and easy to learn and use
Just started using this. easy to interact with. Would like a place on prescriptions to enter how many repeats left, and a reminder of when and how often to take . This would help a caregiver manage meds.
Allow the printing of all the segments of the Patient's History instead on a particular segment.
It is not letting me edit on other devices only viewing and i have a subscription.
Once say blood sugar readings cross a month, unable to share cumulative readings or readings for selected month. The app crashes everytime I attempt it. It would be good if this issue could be fixed
Excellent! I wanted to go buy some files for my patients..but Alas! This app has saved me time money and d space that those files would hv been occupying..not to think of having to go through a tedious search..all i have to do is type patients' names and every detail is in a split-second display..SUPER! 10 Stars✨✨✨
The app should recognize and prefill the rest of the information related each doctor such as the phone number and address. Also, the doctor information should be on the main page and not in the settings. Not very intuitive. The address also should automatically link to Google maps for example.
