Medical Wikipedia (Offline)

Nice app, though I'd suggest we use the format of the previous version where each write up is under a subheading. One could easily navigate to any subheading of choice, click to open and read more. Thanks

When I search for a word and at the course of reading, click on another word, once I go to the clicked word and press back to go back to the previous word, the application exits. IT DOESN'T GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS WORD

I appreciate the detailed information embeded with the latest scientific findings and explantion. The photographs also shows more from what the words explained. Thanks for your hard work.

I really love the app. It's precise and informative. A must for any medical student who wants to be very knowledgeable and also a good guide to those who crash-read. However, this new verison seems to be so Archaic. I actually prefer the layout of the former version. Wouldn't have updated it if it didn't keep telling me "Medical Dictionary stopped working" numerous times without actually opening. That was frustrating and now imagine my disappointment on updating and seeing this layout.

A marvelous resource to have available should you require it. When installed, this app occupies 1.27 GB of my phone's memory which is the price to be paid for its offline functionality, I suppose. Regrettably, it does not appear to be moveable to the phone's SD card. Perhaps the developer could address this in a future update. I installed the mini version of this app, but it is not nearly as comprehensive. So, this full version stays. It is really very informative and quite complete.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ❤❤ If you don't have enough net or storage, you can go for the mini version. Quite helpful in situations where you need to look up something without any internet distraction or if your'e having network problem. Definitely worth giving a try! To the developers: Thank you for making for us such a wonderful offline and free app. Hope it remains as good if not better!

WikiMed cut my study time in half. I highly recommend it for all medical students(and even non medics too). It just has a beautiful way of explaining the concepts in ways even laymen understand. One problem though is the fact that the pictures used for illustrations aren't so lucid. But it's understandable, given the fact that this is a very large file. Great Job, Team Wiki!

I found it really helpful,espatially in the places where the reading material is not avoilable and also it contains the updates.So i highly recommend all of the health workers to use it and make their life easy.

Great app and I have been using it for years but can you please make different sections of articles collapsible like before because someone can easily go to their section interest

Best offline Wikipedia for medical professionals and students. It helped me so much without distraction towards internet. Highly recommended app for medical students.

Great App for learning. I really help me to learn more about diseases. Problem is, there are certain small words that are missing e.g microglossia Also when you search for certain words, you don't get specific answers but rather get redirected to a topic you don't need but might be about the word you're search. Please fix that for us who don't like unnecessary reading.

Thise application is very importan for health student as well as health workers.please download and read it!!!! love it more and more!!!! I am 3 years since I start to use this offline appliction.I read both basic science and clinical part for me it is best for Rehersing after Reading standard book with in ashort time!!!

Its great but the last style I don't like it, So please re-do the previous style that allow the user to choose what he wants to read in some topic, example :In headach and I want to read the diagnosis then I go to choose the diagnosis part and read it.

I decided to investigate my known illnesses, but instead of looking for harsh alternative diagnosis, I thought there could be relevant, but simple reasons for some of my symptoms. You Don't have to agree but I for one, have always felt the benefit of a fresh and varied eating plan. ie. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. (It helps to research into the nutrients from our foods. Giving a better understanding how we obtain the required vitamins and minerals), and to try and leave processed alone!

It helps me a lot in my study. It's really wonderful app. I can find anything medical that I want in details. Thanks!

Used it on Windows 10 before and I loved it and it seems to be working just fine here as well... Lovely app... I have reduced my rating to a 4 star because we can't move it to the SD Card... The data file is just huge... It literally takes up tonnes of space on the phone... Edit: managed to move data file to SD Card

A warehouse of knowledge for everyone who wants to know about diseases and disorders. Also good for aspiring doctors.

This app is a great disappointment. I spent a lot of data and time downloading it only to find out that even the simplest medical terminologies are unavailable. One can find the word on searching the app, but when you click on the word for its meaning, all you get is a blank page, even for something as basic as cushing's disease. Highly disappointed!

More useful app, I can recommend it to you. It help me in each and everything related to any kind of thing you're doing. It's a storage of many different researches which are intended to help you. So it works like Google search 🔎 but it work offline

No more searching through Google filtering out non medical responses. References included!

I really like this app, but the only problem with me is when I use "find in page" option, the app crashes. I always get this messag: "Well... This is Embarrassing; it looks like we creashed." I reinstalled the app, but the problem persists. Could you fix this problem? Regards,

Gave a really good first impression, but less than 24 hours into using it, I already discovered shortcomings. Basic articles like active transport, cervical plexus, (arteries of specific regions) etc. are nowhere to be found. Please release an update soonest, including more articles.

It is the short and easily useable application. With better interface than the previous version (table of content, up to top) . Even though it is not detail it gives highlights.

It's an amazing app, and every one in the health fields will benefit from having an offline go-to app for every day references and usage. Image qualities needs work but considering the apps minute size it quite understandable. Just beautiful really 👍👍

World's best dictionary ever. Please give the old version. Because this updated version is not good. In old version there were lots of ways to find the disease and in this updated version there is just one way =》we should to write the correct name, otherwise we cannot find but in the old version we can find just writing a sign symptom. Having trouble installing the app. I've been trying to click "install" for quite some time and nothing is happening. Tried downloading other apps and they downloaded & installed without any problem.

It's a great recommendable software for everyone seeking to get the depts of a pathology at any point in time, conveniently from your phone 📱. I'm grateful for it especially as it's free making it available to all med students in the poorest regions of the world. God bless the developers.
